I went with Chris Johnson showing up first because although the Titans have a history of being, let's say frugal, they don't have AJ Smith's rep for digging their heals in and being all around D-bags (no offense, San Diego!). He's also the Titans entire offense and they need him in more desperately than the other teams need the listed players.

In terms of who is least likely to play a down I went with Haynesworth because he took his $21 million and clearly just doesn't give a ####.

Went with Haynesworth as first to show up for one reason:

He's said he will where as all the others have openly said they won't.

Went with Jackson as least likely to play a down. SD is far more likely to get by without him than McNeill.

Who was the last player to hold out for a whole season?
I don't think anybody will sit out the whole season, but I think it's pretty much a foregone conclusion that Jackson and McNeill will sit out until November. If they weren't going to sit out, they would have taken the ~$3.2 million tender instead of waiting for it to be reduced to ~$600K.And I'm not sure historical comparisons are all that germane. Who was the last Pro Bowler with five years of service to be offered about half of what the average starter at his position makes while he's not currently under contract?
