I have Cook as my TE so I'm hurting bad. Herndon is available but not sure who to drop. Who do you think I should drop?

Since it is dynasty I'd probably stay with what you have unless you think you have a good chance of winning your league this year in which case drop Jackson.

Jackson. He’s the 3rd RB in San Diego now and no way he’s worth $17 in auction next year. 2nd choice is Hill. Highly doubt he’s worth $11 in auction next year.
