I find it hilariously laughable that anyone would believe this. Like yea, we totally believe that these two are just closet oscar worthy actors who can perform this "skit" better than anyone else on the planet, as their side gig.
And I'm with fatguyinalittlecoat. I don't think it's funny at all, and pales in comparison both to the listening delight and context of the original "Who's On First?"
There's an old "Kids in the Hall" sketch where two vaudevillians start doing the "Who's on First?" routine and then, 30 seconds in, one of the guys is like, "Oh, I get it, you're confused by their names because they all sound like questions." The way you know this was scripted was because of the level of obtuseness Ingraham and her guest display.
And I also agree it was dumb. Pretending to be an idiot in order to go viral and own the libs is a bold strategy, Cotton.
