Who's starting Brees this week that doesn't have to? (1 Viewer)

he's going against CAR, and I could start him at a flex over Holmes. Anyone out there confidently starting this guy? What's your reason?

I'm in on Brees for the season...just gambled with my whole season on the fact that the Saints weren't a fluke last year...see what happens

I also have Brees and Cutler. It's a tough choice. I keep thinking "this will be the week the Saints break out." I'm not sure how long I'm willing to get burned by Brees. San Diego hasn't faired so well against the pass this year, so I guess Cutler would be the safer choice. Any Saints homers out there that have heard anything about any change in the offense to get things going?

He certainly has dropped since the off season. He's currently riding the WW in one of my leagues! Sad thing is...I didn't bother to make room to pick him up!

I'll be starting Brees, most likely - my backup is Schaub who, while having a great season (especially since he is my backup) he is playing against Miami, who is ranked #2 in pass yards allowed per game. So I'm going to hope that Brees and company have worked out their offensive issues over the bye week ...

I am also trying to decide between Brees and Schaub (as my superflex - Brady is my starter). As of right now I have Brees in there, but that could change...

I can't afford to start him anymore. He's single handedly led the team I have him on to a 0-4 start. I've had Big Ben on the bench and lost 2 games by a point. Brees has to prove it, probably more than just one week, to make me play him again this year. I wish I never drafted him.

I think he should bounce back nicely this week. 300 and 3 TD's isn't out of the question.

don't know if im setting my hopes that high, i'd be content with ~200 and 1 or 2 TDs for now, but if there is a week to do it, it's this one, i just hope and pray it isn't the same as McNabb, one crazy week, then back down to the bottom of the barrell
