FYI - Ruud didn't practice today because of his toe. Not sure if it's anything to be concerned about but might be something to watch.

Read some stuff about him struggling to shed blocks. Watched him a bit and saw that he did struggle more than I would expect from a stud LB. I know that McCoy being a rookie and not absorbing the blockers as he may previously been used to plays a role in this issue, but can it be THAT big of a difference... i don't know. The toe may also be a contributing factor that he has been deeling with that is now surfacing as an obvious impeding injury. ???

Doesn't being in the last year of one's contract typically have the opposite effect?
