I'll go out on a limb and guess there are quite a few peple here besides yourself who use their eyes at work.
Heh. I assume 99+ percent of us need our eyes to do our jobs effectively around here. That was kind of my point though....or at least was my point to thehornet for seemingly making light of Wilfork sticking his finger into Jacobs' facemask. If Jacobs gets poked in the eye the right/wrong way, either accidentally or on purpose (I don't think Wilfork was purposefully trying to injure Jacobs at all), he might be out for the playoffs. Heck, he might be done for his career. Even something as simple as Wilfork having long or rough/uneven fingernails could have resulted in a painful and life-altering scratch on the lens of one of Jacobs' eyes. Any of you who have young kids and have experienced them flailing their arms and hands around while you are holding them will understand what I am talking about. It's right about the time you get a 3-4 inch scratch across your cheek or face that you make a mental note to get the 'ol nail clippers early and often with your preschoolers....so you don't end up looking like this:
