Will Bailey be covering Julio? (1 Viewer)

roddy was limited friday but will play. do we know if bailey will be on julio the whole game? just wondering if there is any concern julio does not produce big numbers. we know he's a freak, but i'd still prefer bailey be on white.

Bailey almost always plays on the left side of the defense.

I'd imagine the Falcons will move Julio around quite a bit. Tracey Porter is no slouch either and in general I think the Denver D will have a better year than many think.

Obviously Julio is a stud and can put up numbers on anyone. But I do think Denver matches up pretty well with the ATL passing attack. I could see Harry Douglas or another option have a better than expected game.

Bailey can't cover Julio. Guy's a dinosaur.
Bailey is still a 10 CB. He's not going to shut down Julio, but he will slow him down.
he's still a top 2-3 CB. and the guy who said Bailey plays mostly left CB is correct, although there have been times when he has moved around to cover a team's best WR. Not sure how Del Rio will proceed, but I wouldn't be surprised to see Bailey on White plenty this week as well as on Jones.I can see Tony G having a solid game against Denver 1.) Because it seems like he has just about every time he's played them over his career, and 2.) Because the middle of Denver's pass defense is much weaker than on the perimeter.

Nice call here.

He faced quite a bit of double coverage, but it looked like his hand was causing some problems for him and had he caught those balls that he dropped this would have just been another day at the office. I'm definitely not worried.
