this 18 year old chick in GB just got 3 years probation and 30 hours community services for driving another teen to Milwaukee where she knew he would be attacked & beaten by a group of other kids. she "waited in the car" while this kid was beaten, then thrown in to a retention pond where be drowned.

she covered up for her boyfriend, who asked her to drive this kid to him so he and his friends could beat him to death.... and lied about her involvement. all with a smile.

she knowingly drove this poor ******* to his death, tried to cover it up by lying and got 3 years probation.

what a ####### joke

I doubt she'll do any time unless it is in some guarded country club.  She'll plea bargain into community service and a fine most likely, as a one percenter.
Ain't no such thing. I had a client in a "country club" up in Wisconsin for medicare fraud--I represented him in a separate civil matter. Had to go up there for his deposition. The minute the door closed behind me I got a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach and my head was on a swivel. And I knew I was getting out of there at the end of the day. I asked him if you get used to it, His response--nope.

yeah, but he's a guy. i don't think women's prison is quite the same.

“She doesn’t want to spend time in jail,” the source says, “but she knows that any sort of plea or conviction at this point will include jail time. Her only chance of avoiding jail is to go to court and be found not guilty.”

“Everyone has seen snippets of the evidence, but there’s a lot more out there,” says the source. “When you look at it in context, you can argue that this is a woman who didn’t understand exactly what she was doing — and she was being counseled and guided by a man who this was his area of expertise. When the evidence comes out, she’ll have a case to make.”

The source adds: “At this point, if she pleads guilty, she feels like the mitigating evidence will never see the light of day.”

She's delusional.  Apparently, the DA is threatening to charge her children as co-conspirators if she doesn't plead guilty.  She thinks she will get off because she didn't understand she was doing anything wrong?  Ignorance is not bliss and she's potentially risking her children's future because she's incredibly naive.
