He has had two very good games sandwiched between four stinkers. Everything I heard was that the new aggressive regime in NO would benefit him. So far, not so much. Is he worth holding onto or can he be dropped at this point? It's bothersome that his sack total (2.5) is so low given how often NO's opponents have been in obvious passing situations.

you have to keep him with the new england game coming up. They have the young tackles and pass alot he should have a big game against the pats

The numbers don't support this. The Pats have allowed only 12 sacks all season, and despite some early season struggles their line seemed to jell when Vollmer took over for Light at LT. Vollmer has been so impressive it doesn't appear Light is likely to get his job back. His name has been tossed around as a future pro bowler.The Pats do pass a lot. But I wouldn't consider them a good matchup for a DL now.
