CLEVELAND - Donning colors other than the red, white and blue for the first time in his 12 year career, Willie McGinest had plenty to say about his former team at the Browns training camp.

According to the San Diego Tribune, McGinest felt the Patriots success was due to an exceptional core group of players, and that they never received enough credit.

"When you start losing your core guys, it's kind of hard, especially when the guys who are coming in don't work as hard or play as hard," said McGinest.

First post??

I saw nothing that blasted the front office.

Nor did he say anything that wasn't obvious to everyone. Staks was terrible.

Nice misleading title to thread.

He trashes ONE player - if you want to call speaking the truth trash.

I see nowhere even a single mention of front office.

In summary..... I don't get it.

He's too classy to act up. If I saw Starks get burned deep one more time, I was gonna jump off the Tobin.
I was blown away that someone actually signed him in the offseason. I thought for sure his career would be over after last season's performance.

===============

Not sure about you guys, but that statement leads me to believe that he feels the front office did a poor job finding replacement for the core guys they lost (in offseason or by injury). Who decided to sign Duane Starks in the offseason to fix their CB problems???? Who decided to let Ty Law go (aka core guy)??? Oh yes, the front office.
