Willie Parker (knee) returned to a complete practice on Thursday.

Parker was given Wednesday's practice off, but he will start and get goal-line carries in Week 14 against Dallas. Consider FWP a low-level RB2 play.

im sure its just ROTOWORLDS oinion...but where do they get them???

Parker will probably get a few opportunities but Gary Russell looks pretty good and having him be the pounder saves wear and tear on Willie. I think Russell will get the bulk of the goalline carries, especially if the Steelers are up and it is late in the game.
