Willis' Rookie Pick Value (1 Viewer)

What would Willis' current rookie pick market value be in a large-roster IDP 1pt/tackle, start 2-3 LB...?

Already have rostered Briggs, Dansby, Farrior, Hayes, Timmons & Vilma.

Is late 3rd, late 4th, and 2011 1st (probably estimate 1.07-1.12) enough...?

Regardless of the ACF portion, its an interesting question... just saw this one in a league where basically 3 LBs start...

2011 pick was from a 10-3 team 12th of 12 this year, so probably late next year.I'd pay this for Willis any day of the week.

I just saw Willis go off the board at 2.04 in a start up dynasty league. There is no doubt its a reach but he still commands this kind of value.

As a Willis owner, I would expect perhaps a high 1st rounder + something else as value for me to even consider parting with him. To put Willis into some current perspective, McClain is going off the board around and sometimes inside the top 10 of rookie drafts

How many u start? Why not keep PWillis and two others and shop 2 of them. Dealing a LB that produces WR/RB like numbers is very hard to put an actual value on.

I know that I have Beason, and would not trade him for less than a top-3 rookie pick. Willis is pretty equivalent, if not more so.

For 2010 picks, I would give up 1.05 or worse for Willis, but I wouldn't sell him for less than a top 4 pick. I see a big dropoff between 1.04 and 1.05. I would Rather Dez/Matthews/Spiller/Best in a normal scoring system

This may sound stupid, but I do own Willis in a tackle heavy league, and there is not a single rookie I would trade him for.

Yeah, I haven't been able to acquire a top tier LB like Willis or Beason in any of my startup IDP dynasty leagues recently, but if I had Willis, I know I would be asking for a high to mid first round rookie pick and a player or two of lower quality as well.

I own Willis and Beason in the same league, they have delivered 3 straight titles for my team, there's no way I trade either of them, period.

I really think it depends on starting requirements in a league.

In my 2 leagues he will have different value

IN league 1 with starting 11 O players(16 teams) and 2 QB can be started his value is less. I would think late 1st or 2011 1st is the value right now. O is just too important for 1 pt per tackle, 4 per sack league. I know a couple of years ago I had the 1.16 pick and an ownered offered up 2.11, Willis and 2011 1st for the Pick and I turned him down. I drafted Joe Flacco there and was very happy to have him in this league instead.

In league 2(24 team, 1.2 per tackle, start 7 guys) it is a little different because D goes so deep with starting 11. But O still rules the day. You need the O to win. One team used to have an excellent D and it got him to the playoffs each year by itself but no championships. I put him in the 1.10 range. I think McClain will go about 1.15 in that league. Will soon find out as our draft probably starts sometime next week
