Windows 10 Unity - what is it? (1 Viewer)

I have an older Windows 10 computer.  From time to time when I use IPTV Smarters program to watch TV,, Smarters freezes, then I get a  Unity error message, then the program shuts down.  What is it and how can I fix this annoying problem?
