20 teams does limit you to 4 playoff teams (4 divisions of 5).

we started drafting last year on Feb 24th and finished filling out rosters on opening day. While opening day isn't a drop dead date for a sim that won't start playing out until November, it would still be nice to start this next week.

I'm more in favor of more rounds than a supplemental. A supplemental feels too much like a free pass.

I say we start doing the rolls so we can start as soon as possible and try to add 4 in the meantime. How/when are we deciding on a supplement and/or 45 or 50 rounds?

It appears like the supplemental is losing at the polls. If there's not a big swing in popular opinion, I think we should maintain the status quo.

Lets try to fill up to 24 and start rolling on Monday.

As for number of rounds, I think we can be flexible for now. If interest is still there in garbage time, we can keep picking scrubs.
