WIS V All-Time Baseball Draft: HARRRRRRRIFIC (3 Viewers)

I'm ready when Kraft picks.
Bogart summit was successful GWB?
I had to veto his suggestions again but it was otherwise a productive discussion.
I have hookers and coffee, I'm pretty easy to veto this morning.
Bogart: GWB, we're taking Rusty GreerGWB: No, we're not

Bagart: Dammit GWB, I'm sick and tired of you vetoing my suggestions! I'm leaving!

GWB: I'm sorry you feel that way Bogart. [knock on door] You are, of course, welcome to leave...But if you do, you'll miss out on this [opens door triumphantly to reveal 2 hookers making out with one another while holding a Dunkin Donuts Box O' Joe]

Bogart: On second thought, Greer isn't a good fit for our team...Got any Sweet n' Low?
Oh, and they were both redheads.
Natural?

anybody else love Medieval Times (dinner and tournament) as much as I do?

just making small talk
Steven: Can I get a knife or fork?Wench: There were no utensils in medieval times, hence there are no utensils AT Medieval Times. Would you like a refill on that Pepsi?

Steven: There were no utensils but there was Pepsi?

Wench: Dude, I got a lot of tables.
First thing I thought of. F'n love that movie.

I agree...THink it is very underrated...
You might recognize this song as performed by Jefferson Airplane, in a little rockumentary called "Gimme Shelter," about the Rolling Stones and their nightmare at Altamont. That night the Oakland chapter of the Hell's Angels had their way. Tonight, it's my turn.

not sure. I would have compared curtains to carpet, but they both just had hardwood floors.

Nice...It makes it much easier for them to lick the honey off of themselves that way..

Love this department. I can have my WIS Tre Sheet up and even when someone walks by or stops to talk they have no idea wtf it is. They think it's just some #### I'm working on.

1931 Robert Moses "Lefty" Grove
Speaking of Robert Moses, has anyone here ever read The Power Broker?Probably the rgeatest work of non-fiction I've ever read...

A fascinating biography of Robert Moses, who was:

arguably the most powerful person in New York City government from the 1930s to the 1950s. Moses literally changed shorelines, built roadways in the sky, and transformed vibrant neighborhoods forever. His decisions favoring highways over public transport formed the modern suburbs of Long Island and influenced a generation of engineers, architects, and urban planners who spread his philosophies across the nation.
It is also a great history of New York City in the middle of the 20th century and a study of urban/suburban planning...

Ok, this should be right. HOV up.

Does the points system favor starters or closers?

ps...start 9 weekly and closers are a bit of a covetted commodity since they get more chances to score weeklywin/save = 10 pts

k = 1 pts

ip = 1.5 pts

couple others, but thats basically it

Arroyo has had great streaks in the past. I wouldn't be surprised at all to see him go into a severe nosedive. Happens almost every year to him. Also has to go around the NL for a second time....I think you'd be buying high on Arroyo.
