WIS V All-Time Baseball Draft: HARRRRRRRIFIC (1 Viewer)

alright, kevin brown and don sutton are available for bats.  let me know if you'd like to make the swap.

in all-time sim 2, by the way, they were #5 and #6 in the league in ERA at the end of the year, ahead of christy mathewson, ed walsh, bob gibson (lowest era in sim iv), and walter johnson.

so yeah, they're good.

pm me with your ideas.
no trades, larry.
It's safe to say:1) the rest of the league is catching up to Harrr in terms of drafting

2) Harr won't be ranked atop the Harrankings

I'm happy with how I'm drafting thus far. It's just that now I know I can get an outstanding pitcher when it comes back to me, but I'm not sure anymore that I can get an outstanding batter. Will depend on how the round goes.Reminder: Don Sutton and Kevin Brown are available. They are both outstanding. Ask anyone.

The real question is: Is '04 Unit outstanding?

Trades are for the weak. Let's see what you've got when you just draft a team straight up.

He should be good.

if a team doesn't pick their home stadium by the end of round 6, I vote that we get to pick one for them.
I offered to let people skip me although there was no clock... it was sorta one of those offers (like a Constanza offer) that you werent supposed to accept. But you did. So im taking my jolly ### time.

Seriously, once I am back home (wed morning) I will pick a stadium).

stadium draft was a free for all b/c nobody was making picks.hopefully, round 6 won't be over before you get back.

Anyone feel like singing in harmony with me? Without instrumental music?

Someone could beatbox to it.

It would be boss.

We are not about to make arbitraty rules now, are we? I thought commish was all against that.

I will make it when I get back. Relax nerds.

If you want to toss your stadium back and choose again, I certainly dont care. No need to get panties in a bunch.

Harr... seriously, i asked about 4 times but never saw an answer... what stadiums can we choose from and if it's the extended list, do you have the link?

thanks.

You're right. The 4 hr time limit, instituted today, applied to the stadiums too. Your time has long since run out, and since allowing you to wait until after picking all your players would provide you with an advantage over the other drafters, I should randomly select your stadium now, right?Or would you rather just pick it yourself before the end of round 6?

Ok ok, I'll stay and take this stadium:

Robison Field

St. Louis, MO St. Louis Cardinals 1893-1920

But it doesn't have fence heights - so I'm not sure - will this fly?

Hilltop Park

New York, NY

1903-1912

365 378 542 471 400 15 15 15

+3 +3 +3 +2 -1 1.14

Try something a little interesting

ill go with the more slugging but less walks nap lajoie. 172 slg at 2B is too much to pass up.

That was all me next.

This has advanced three picks since I went to bed? JC. This is worse than the hip hop draft. I wonder if Juan Eichelberger was a rapper...
