I kind of wish this had started today. :( Maybe it's just me, but proven talent this year seems a little thin.

PASSING: .05 pt per yard; TD = 6 pts; 1 int= -2 ptRUSHING: .10 pt per yard; TD = 6 pts
RECEIVING: .10 pt per yard; TD= 6 pts
TIGHT ENDS: 1 pt per reception
KICKING: Extra Point= 1 pt; 17-39 yd FG= 3 pt, 40-49 yd FG= 4 pt; 50-59 yd FG= 5 pt; 60+ yd FG= 6 pt
DEFENSE: Each team starts with 30 PTS, -1 PT for every PT scored against the team. (Ex. Penn St allows 17 pts..... 30-17 = 13 fantasy points) ; Turnover = 3 pts, Sack= 2 pts, Touchdown= 6 pts
SPECIAL TEAMS: Touchdown= 6 pts

The vote on TE pt/rec seems to be a runaway, so unless I hear any strong opposition within the next few hours, we'll go ahead and make that a rule this season.

While all of you are here, let's collectively look at the schedule and make sure there aren't any conflicting games from the MAC or something this year. Last year we had some trouble with Toledo playing on a Thursday and then a Wednesday, putting two games in one scoring week.

I'll take a look this afternoon sometime. Was our week Thursday-Wednesday? How about the December 2nd games? Are we going to go with the same approach as last year and combine the last two weeks?

Gotta be honest, that worked out, but it was kinda shady the way everyone was picking up players from the teams that had 2 games in 2 weeks. The players from Colorado, La Tech, etc were flying off the waiver wire. Is there any way we can do this more effectively this year?

How did we use the lineups? I think it's fine if a player gets credit for two games during the combined week as long as that player fills up two starting spots. A lot of scrubs will probably get picked up late, but I don't see a huge advantage if starting a player twice means that you give up two of the starting spots. The one thing I don't want to see is that someone gets screwed because their stud plays twice during the final two weeks and they only get to use one of them.

How about this as a roster solution:
You get 12 games at every position...period...
So with 4 Qbs, you'd get 48 QB games...
6 RB, you'd get 72 RB games, etc...
It's up to the individual owner to decide when to use them (with the most you can use in any week being 4 for QBs, 6 for RBs, etc...)
