With the 1st pick in the 2008 NFL draft, the __ pick __ (1 Viewer)

Just curious to see where opinion lies right now on both the teams that seem on the downward spiral (or capable of hitting it) and the players that might end up at #1....obvious a couple are reaches, but was just trying to come up with some names to fill it out. personally, St. Louis seems like a complete mess, and I would say they have the inside track to the pick....They don't need QB or RB...so I'll say:

St. Louis: Jake Long. A couple of injuries and their O-line is a pathetic ragtag bunch. Seems an obvious need.

Thoughts? What prospects am I missing?

I'll go with Miami and Long seems possible.

Even superhuman efforts by Brown, they haven't got a W yet. Transition to Beck later this year won't help either.

I can't recall a worse attempt at stopping the run in a single NFL game than this past Sunday vs. Oakland. It wasn't a surprise of what they were going to do on every pall & where they were going to do it, and they still couldn't stop the Raiders.

This team is a mess all over.

Funny how 2 extra week changes everything. After the first 2 weeks, everybody were picking KC for the top draft spot...and now after week 4, they're off the list. Trust me guys, week 5 is still too early to tell.
