Women's March on Washington (1 Viewer)

For some of you like Beavers and TF

Understand this, my dear brothers and sisters: You must all be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to get angry. Human anger does not produce the righteousness God desires. -James 1:19-20

No arrests, no vandalism; peaceful protests. That righteous God; she would have approved.

Thanks, I'm not a Christian but I welcome all input.

Can you tell me what the good book says about greed and adultery?

Always condescending. It's all you know. May you find some type of peace.
I don't agree that pointing out cognitive dissonance is condescending.

I do, however, know that the bible teaches Christians to "turn the other cheek."  I'm happy to do so, and wish you luck in attempting to do the same in the future.

You will be condescending to someone soon. It's all you know.

I live 5 minutes from DC and checked it out.  Pretty uneventful in my opinion.

It's cool 500k (or whatever number) women got together, but it should have been about a more specific idea.  Sure it was anti-Trump, but why?  He hasn't done anything to women policy-wise yet.  Maybe said things that women don't like, but 99% of men have said similar.  Including JFK, B Clinton and many other Presidents from both parties..  Women can't be confused about why men say sexual things about women can they?

I mean, men chasing women is a relatively important reason the human species still exists.

So what was it really?  Really it was a liberal women from the Democrat party doing the same thing they did before the election - assuming they are the voice of all women.  And as for the women that are Republican, against abortion, like Trump's ideas, and didn't like Hillary ? ... once again drummed into silent submission by their fellow females over Facebook, Twitter, the media, and any other outlet possible.

Truly fascinating to watch what is happening...it is the beginning of the Reagan era on HGH...Trump is probably not Reagan but like we saw with Reagan the left did nothing but vilify him and try to turn him into a caricature (with Trump it has gone to a whole new level...and I don't think the left fully gets the effect it is having on the average Joe)...despite these efforts Reagan went on to totally destroy Mondale in 1984...

I always find it quite comical when Reagan and Trump are compared. It's like comparing Tom Brady to Jamarcus Russell

It has been quite a lot of fun watching men on the right tell us all why the women were ACTUALLY marching.

The melts from you clowns alone have made it a complete success.

Yes...two entertainers who the left thought were jokes beating them in an election and than causing them to become unhinged is quite comical...but probably not for the reason you think...

Reagan was the governor of California for 8 years.

We need @Bruce Dickinson to give you a cute loyalty participation ribbon.

Oh, we're shaking.

Republican Congress.  Republican President.   Soon a conservative Supreme Court.

Done.

I tried to convince my wife to go march in the protest so I could get in 6 hours of Fallout 4.  Didn't happen.

W Bush was the churchiest churchmeizer to ever be President, and he had a Republican Congress, a Republican Senate, and a Conservative majority on the SC.  Abortion wasn't even brought up, much less seriously challenged.

Those yentas need to find something else to ##### about.  Abortion aint going anywhere.

Or when they get called out for whining more than a woman, they take their ball and go home (I.e. Cry to a mod until they give out a ban).  I got a timeout because Ramblin Wreck reported me because I said he whined more than a woman :lmao:  Hypocrisy? Indeed, snowflake :lmao:

Ive said it before and I'll say it again ... don't flatter yo'self. In fact, you've made it to ignore. Congrats! :confetti:

ETA: you're so vain to think it was calling you out specifically.
whining about Whining is the new Whining

would you like cheese with all of that?

The men on the left understand why they are marching?

Ramblin Wreck took all of the cheese with his tremendous amount of whining. Seeing the mysogyonist responses in this thread alone, makes me understand why he told on me for saying he whines more than women. That hurt his man feelings and iCred

Were you alive during the Reagan years? Reagan was almost untouchable, and was only "vilified" by marginal fringe groups. His approval rating was in the high 50s for most of his presidency.

You and Trump have a lot in common.  Shocked you didn't vote for him.

I was and was in College...he was hated by the Left and was constantly mocked...did you see something different?

Trump will be riding that bus to hell that Bill and Hillary will be driving.

Come on, man.  I was a little kid when Reagan was inaugurated.  I went to the inaugural parade with my parents, both of whom are more liberal than I am (believe it or not!).  None of us would dream of ever doing so with Trump.

Comparing Trump to any previous president in terms of his divisiveness or his competence or any other of several other measures is absurd.  The first full day of his presidency was met with the largest protest in human history.  Whether you voted for him and support him, just tolerate him, or detest him, you have to at least recognize the unique nature of what's going on here, both in the Oval Office and in opposition to it.

:lmao: There is no way this is possible.
