Workout Apps in the Time of Corona (1 Viewer)

Sorry if a Honda, I know the ran a 10K has been around forever, and lots of diet/nutrition threads. But with no gym access a lot of us have had to change up the regimen recently. What are you doing?

FitBod & Beach Body On Demand are my current go to apps. I was using the former for several months at my gym. Last week I started using the later (high intensity CrossFit) with Zoom to workout with 1-3 other friends.

I’m also occasionally hopping on Live IG every morning to join another friend for 30 minutes of meditation/mindfulness/yoga. NOT hot yoga, but def get a lot of core training & stretching in with that.

Full disclosure - I’m not in fantastic shape by any stretch but now more than ever I feel like consistent workouts are key to getting through this thing.

3x50 walking lunges along the side walk

3x15 dips

3x60 second wall sits

3x25 push ups (goal - add more this week) 

10 mins various ab work (medicine ball oblique Twists + scisccor kicks + boats/v ups + leg lifts/100's + Turkish get ups)

Looking to add a couple things to this week's routine. Thinking about doing squat to shoulder press with the ottoman. Gonna dig around the basement and see if I can find something heavy and dense enough to do lawn mowers.
