He has 

rbs M sanders, N Hines, C Thompson, D Henderson, D  Swift, C Akers, a mcfarland

WR  D Chark, K Allen, T Mclaurin, D samuel, D slayton, T Higgins, c sutton

qbs  Wentz, Stafford, R Wilson

He needs a rb so he is offering me K allen, D Chark and C Wentz for J Burrow, M Brown (hollywood), A Eckler.

  Does it help his team more than mine?  He is in my division

it doesn't really matter whose team it helps more.  The question is does it help your team?  

For me I would rather have Burrow, Brown, and Ekeler

I’m thinking the same. I don’t see how Allen helps you in the long term over Brown. Burrows could be amazing and Eckler played well.

i think his players He is offering are all based on name value only.

It's a decent offer, but I am with Gally and CKoz24, I would pass.   Looking at your team, it doesn't look like a legit contender.  So I  would not want to add K Allen  over M Brown, or Wentz over Burrow.  Much rather want Ekeler over Chark, even though I like Chark a lot in dynasty.
