WR Adonai Mitchell, NYJ (3 Viewers)

When I see the critique of Mitchell and that his hands are holding him back, my mind jumps immediately to 2 players:

Limas Sweed, who would get ridiculously open and had the looks of a future stud, but could not overcome his inability to catch even easy throws despite getting such phenominal separation, and

James Jones, who also was also able to get substantial separation - especially on long routes down the sideline - but who had hands that betrayed him, but worked so hard in his 3rd offseason catching tons of throws and working with the Juggs machine that he overcame his flaws and turned into a quality WR.

Hopefully Mitchell goes the way of Jones and not that of Sweed.
Dontavyian Wicks is a third player.

Reminds me of Troy Williamson. I just cut him for LeQuint Allen (Tuten owner). I’ve seen enough. His mind isn’t on Football. I don’t know where his mind is at. Not to mention playing for such a lousy team with no QB. I know that can change, I’m just not sure Mitchell will. He had attitude concerns coming out of college and was disinterested during his interviews. Teams were put off by that. All this before talking about his 41.8 catch percentage in 2024 and 56.3 this year. Atrocious. I’m perfectly fine being wrong on Mitchell.

Mitchell should be catching 200 balls a day from that machine.
