A team I think would be perfect for Adams although he might not see it that way but this is a team on the rise and a player of his magnitude would kick the offense up a notch or two
Enter Washington which has an up and coming star at QB with Jayden Daniels, now is the time to pour in resources. Don't wait until the Draft next year
He's on a rookie deal, the time clock is ticking and even if Adams just makes them a Playoff team, they want Daniels to get as much of the learning curve out of the way
That includes the opening round of the playoffs, don't aim for 2 seasons from now, there's a vacuum or absence of dominant teams this season, take the next step NOW
Adams would change the whole offense and slide Terry McLaurin to a dangerous WR2 on this team that still will get plenty of targets. Adams will open up the whole offense
Adams will help the running game as teams will not be able to stack the box. Ekeler can settle in to the 3rd option in the passing game and still be effective and dangerous
Take action now, don't wait until after you had a nice rookie season and go 9-8, this type of move could push you to a 10-11 win season, make a bold move with new owners

I have been complaining for weeks that Cousins pretty much sucks and is holding the offense back
It might be slightly better than last season but they just won a football game where I don't think they scored a TD on offense, 26-24? Koo 4 FGs, punt block TD, pick-6 to boot?
That's a real offer, Adams is at the end of his career though and Falcons feel like Penix is their guy for the next decade.
When do they want to start that decade?

They are 2 and 2 right now, they likely win a couple of these even though they have almost no offense right now.
They drive down the field and settle for FGs, that's what they do. No killer instinct or desire to put the ball into the end zone...take a shot once in a while!

I mean, it's tougher with a trade like this I'd think. If he's traded today the cap hit is $13.526M. What can the Saints do to create that space in season?
Also, a big part of it is DaVante not having any guarantees beyond this year. I guess we can just assume he's fine playing this season out and isn't going to Haasan Reddick this thing if he doesn't get a new deal?
With the amount of dead money the Saints have I'd love for them to trade picks for a rental. The bill comes due. The Saints are $85M over next year.

Maximize value and eat the contract, send him to the Bills for a 2nd and a 5th, set him up nicely to get a ring and helps keep the Chiefs from 3peating. Win/win.
