As if we didn't know that was coming. The very definition of a "Boom or Bust" FF player and real-life player. There is no in-between with him. Much more bust than boom, though.

I may just drop him instead of putting him on my IR, because I have no plan to keep him next year because of needed roster space for the draft.

Doesn't get volume, even when he was part of a better offense in Buffalo. Tied to the Jags for at least another season due to the cap hit if they were to cut him. You'll never feel comfortable starting him even if it's just for another player's bye or injury. Will be behind Thomas, Engram, and Kirk at minimum for targets going into next season. I said it in the other Gabe Davis thread but he's basically the TE equivalent of fantasy WR's where if you don't get a TD from him you're getting nothing that week, and the Jags aren't an offensive conducive to scoring opportunities the way the Bills have been. Roster clogger.
