WR Marvin Harrison Jr., ARZ (1 Viewer)

i guess T-Mc getting 20 targets is the only reasonable outcome.

MHJ out, Z Jones IR, X Weaver Questionable, DNP week 10

that leaves Wilson, Dortch, Fehoko (?)

two tight end sets with Higgins? he got banged up a bit last week too, though i don't see any injury designation for him.

I picked up Wilson in 2 leagues. I hope it's not Dortch that benefits the most. Wilson has better stats on the season, and Dortch has 0 catches in the past 2 games. On the surface, I assumed Wilson would take over the #1 role.

It's Wilson for me. Dropped Allen.
Same. He is bigger then Dortch. Combine 40 was same as Dortch so speed is a draw. I'd give quickness to Dortch I think. Wilson was the team's 3rd round draft pick, so they have draft capital invested. Wilson is younger. Just feels like Wilson will slide into Harrison's role. Wilson has always looked decent when given the chance. Should be interesting to watch. I'm in two total leagues and picked up Wilson in both, so I'm now obviously invested. Giddy up.

Playing this stupid game is a joke. I have a 16 team IDP Dynasty league where I started with 6 quality WR's this year and I currently have 0 to play this week.

Tyreek
Evans
G Wilson
Harrison
Ridley
Godwin

A big FU to the fantasy gods
Be careful they may hear you and respond accordingly. :shark:

Wilson is a contested catch guy, so he'll be used. But he doesn't create separation. Dortch can get open, especially underneath which could be a good security blanket for the Brisket Man.

But Dortch sometimes gets lost in the crowd of Giants on the field.

A 6'2 target with reliable hands who can get open is more of a security blanket.
What do you think he was in that San Fran game.
He was Jacoby's security blanket bc his other one was being focal point of San Frans defense.
Teams Ds will mostly game plan around stopping McBride,as long as Harrison is out. Leaving Wilson open like he was against San Fran.
If Wilson has another very good game this week, He'll remain big part of the Offense even when Harrison is back.

No timeline for return, per Gannon
November 24, 2025
Coach Jonathan Gannon said Monday that Harrison (appendix) doesn't have a timetable for a return to action, Bo Brack of GoPHNX.com reports. "When he's physically and mentally healthy to play, he'll play," Gannon noted.

Now he's practicing. How confident are we now in starting Wilson this week? I have some decisions to make (and, unfortunately, some of them are going to have to be made today/tomorrow, so can't wait to see if he's playing Sunday). 🤔

I may be in the minority, but I still believe in Harrison. I have more invested in Wilson. 2 leagues to 1. I'd be better off having Wilson be better to finish the year, but my gut thinks it's Harrison down the stretch with slightly better numbers. He is a better red zone guy. Imo

Health aside, I still don’t think they learned anything from last year with how to use him.

How does Wilson dominate him in his absence if they do not know how to utilize MHJr?
I’ve always thought they should use Harrison like Detroit uses ARSB, but they don’t. Last year all they did was throw deep. Seems like they don’t use him enough on intermediate routes. I admit I haven’t watched a lot of Cardinals this year.

I would say more like JSN. The deep routes would open up if he dominated over the middle like he should, but the Cardinals seem to do the opposite and think running the deep routes will open up the middle for everyone else.

Thus the reason I said misuse.

Just a little Starnge that MHJr misses time and Wilson takes over his role and ascends. Admittedly I have not seen any of their games so have no input on why.

A large part is Brissett taking over for.Murray. Not that Brissett is good, but he is making Kyler look like the second worst starter in the league behind McCarthy.

MHJr had four full games with Brissett. 30 targets, 14 catches, 216 yards, 2 TDs. Not bad, but not close to the production pace Wilson is on. Smaller sample, but makes me wonder.

Believe it or not, despite all the hype, draft capital and NFL lineage, Wilson may actually be a better receiver at this point in time.

I own both. I picked up Wilson when MHJ got hurt and now I'm going to pick wrong every week. I might have to play both this week if Olave is out.

In the same boat. I think I'll look at the Vegas line each week to see who is odds on better to score TD each week and start that one. Vegas knows.

The strategy is logical, but remember the line in Vegas is created not to be accurate, it is created to maximize equal betting on each side of the bet. Also, TD's don't tell yards or receptions in PPR.

Yep, but Vegas has this mysterious and uncanny ability of being damn close on things. Also yes, in regards to yards/receptions and points. My logic is I think they will be in the same zip code in yards/receptions department, but the sticking point on who will be better fantasy wise comes down who scores the 6 pts. All my opinion of course.

Use the props. You’re correct.
