LOL. Thornton looked like a first team All Pro every minicamp in NE. He looks great in shorts. Then when pads come on he disappears. He was usually tabbed as a potential WR1 for the Pats and did pretty much nothing when the actual games started.

Pure speculation on the type of injury and dislocation. If the labrum is torn and completely out of socket then surgery and rehab for 4-6 months ending his season but if everything is intact then 4-6 weeks with rest and rehab to strengthen the shoulder.
