WR waiver wire help! (1 Viewer)

I'm in a bit of a hurt. My WRs are just not good. I'm loaded at running back...although I'll lose Zeke Elliott when his suspension finally hits.

I'm thinking of dropping Jamison Crowder or Martavis Bryant, or both. I also have Jordan Matthews as a possibility.

Here are some waiver wire options:

- Josh Doctson

- JuJu Smith-Schuster

- Paul Richardson

- Bennie Fowler

Should I go after all these guys (knowing I'll only get one or two of course)? Only some of them? Should I sit on any of the three receivers mentioned above?

Thanks for any help. Really unsure here.

I like going after Smith-Schuster and Doctson. Doctson's transition to the #1 WR in Washington was complete last night and his snap share and target share are going up. Smith-Schuster has earned the trust of the staff and Roethlisberger and with Martavis Bryant literally going off, I think he maintains a strong role in an offense that appears to be rounding into form. Richardson is boom/bust and shares time with Lockett and Fowler isn't someone I'd go after. I would still hang on to Bryant to see if he gets traded to another team by the Oct. 31 trade deadline.

this is it, perfectly.  Drop Matthews and Crowder for Doctson and Schuster (in that order), hang onto Martavis one more week if you can, otherwise I'd cut bait on him for a gummy bear

Matthews/Crowder for Doctson would be a good move. As above, Doctson is the new top dog and as long as he stays healthy will be the top target on a pass-heavy offense.

Im a 'hold' with Martavis. He may get traded (i hope he gets traded) or get the squeaky wheel treatment and have himself a game coming up. Talent wise Martavis is well beyond JuJu, but the connection with Big Ben and JuJu is there.

Doctson would be my first target then JuJu.
