WW Options vs What On My Roster (1 Viewer)

Full PPR. 6 RBs max (4 legit and 2 flex reserve spots). We only start 2 RBs and zero flex. I currently have Zeke, Martin, Mixon, Henry, D'Onta, Rodgers. I will most likely be dropping Rodgers for Morris>McFadden in case the decision tomorrow is not favorable to Zeke. Do I hold fast on the rest of them or do you like any of these options better (currently on WW):

Ellington, Lat.Murray, Collins

Something else to consider is that we are a keeper league (keep 2 offense, 1 IDP) and we keep them in the round we drafted them for a maximum of 2 extra years. Keeper value is: Zeke (1st, should be late 1st pick as I'm 3-1 and almost always finish in the top 4), Martin (7th), Mixon (3rd), Henry (9th), D'Onta (18th). I'm inclined to stay as I am, but I'm also a WW junkie and all three of those guys intrigue me quite a bit. Ellington seems like he's going to get a ton of PPR work, I'm a Murray fan from his days in Oakland and think he'll exceed expectations, and Collins looks poised to take over in that (albeit poor) offense. Any thoughts? I've attempted to trade D'Onta and Henry away, but haven't really gotten any bites as there have been better options on the WW every week.

Ellington is only a short term player as DJ will be coming back. I would try and pick up Murray first or Collins second. RE: Zeke-the hearing is tomorrow but the estimation is that the court will take a couple of weeks before issuing their ruling. IF it goes against Zeke-guess what? He'll likely appeal and keep playing.  Worst case-If he loses and doesn't appeal it isn't clear if DMC or Morris will be the guy to own.  (I think DMC is the better lottery ticket of the two though-if you go that route) But with the possibility that Zeke either wins his case or highly probable appeals and continues to play that makes players like Murray or Collins much better options since they are playing and as of right now are the backs to own in MN and Baltimore.

Hearing started today and there could be a decision as early as tomorrow (however most do seem to think it won't be that soon). Regardless, I want to snatch up a handcuff sooner rather than later so I'm not fighting everyone else for one if things don't go well for Zeke. I've made my mind up on Morris>DMC. I've heard everyone's reasoning why DMC is the better choice and I just don't agree. I'll live with my decision either way.

DJ will be coming back

I'm not so sure. Yes, his recoup time is expected to be shorter than the NFL season, but if the Cards are out of contention (as I really think they will be) do you really try to rush back the future of your franchise? I put his chance to return and be useful at 50/50 and Ellington is the best back on that team right now.

I would try and pick up Murray first or Collins second.

But, other than Rodgers, would you drop any of the guys I have for either of these? I'm leaning no as I'm an impatient guy and have given up too soon on many players in the past. I'm trying to control my WW addiction a little better this year and wait it out on Henry/D'Onta. I don't consider Zeke/Martin/Mixon droppable so it would be one of those two guys.

Given that it's dynasty I'd stand pat.  But good luck on that Zeke thing....I just don't see the handcuff working out for you especially when there are better options that are useful right now.

Valid. But as Morris proved yesterday when he ripped off a 70yd run, any back can be successful in that offense behind that line. Worst case I lose Zeke for 6 games, Morris does nothing and I end up starting Martin/Mixon and get Zeke back for the playoffs. My team is strong enough to limp me into the playoffs I think, especially with a strong start.
