WWE Stock. (1 Viewer)

It's on fire! Has this summer slam thing happened yet? Where does this runaway train stop?
Summerslam happened and Brock Lesnar turned the wrestling world upside-down when he decimated John Cena for the WWE Championship. Will the fallen Cena prevail in his rematch with Lesnar @ Night of Champions? Find out September 21st for just $9.99.

Dude, I'm gonna be completely honest here... You don't own it, so it is kinda pointless to talk about. Most of the people who talk about stocks on these boards are actively buying and selling what they discuss. Anyone can make any call on anything, for instance:

I feel it is finally time that a short on Tesla will pay off. Their last earning report (while cheered) had a ton of issues in it. Their free cash flow is a negative $177MM in comparison to $77MM at this time last year. They are poised to sell a whooping 35kish vehicles and are valued at over $30B, that is almost half of BMW, who mind you has the largest margins in the industry and sells a measly 2MM cars a year. Now, I haven't discussed my feelings for Tesla simply bc I don't have the stones to lay a short against them, but if they were to fall 30% in the next 6 months, I won't bump this post bc I didn't lay a bet down on it.

I think this is part of what annoys people with your posts, but honestly it doesn't bother me like it bothers others.
The Tesla machine keeps going.

They make batteries used specifically for Seiko watches.

If everything we have been hearing about the new Tesla battery is true the stock hasn't even started to rise yet.

Up 3% this morn. Bought this as almost a joke and it has been one of my better stocks past 3 months. Granted everything is up but this one outpaced most.

Going to sell today up a few grand. Nice job, Eminence.

Hey man, don't mention it. I'm just glad somebody was able to capitalize on this buy-low opportunity. I'll be posting a few more stock tips as they come my way. I've got a portfolio of about 30 or so stocks that I monitor pretty heavily and I'll let you know if something else looks like a decent buy.

Feel free to kickback a little bit of your earnings to help your old buddy Em pay for his Accounting books. ;)

A portfolio of 30 or so stocks? But can't afford accounting books? This stuff is writing itself. :lmao:

It's up another $0.57 at open. I really outdid myself this time.
How much have you made on this?
I bought $500 worth at $11 a share and sold at a $0.20 loss per share because I had to buy schoolbooks.

But this isn't about me old sport, I don't have the spare capital to invest in these picks. However, it would be a disservice to this community to stop providing juggernaut stock picks.

If you would have bought when I started this thread, you would have seen a 17% return on investment.

The disservice is to yourself for not charging for these picks ahead of time :grad:

Well geez, how high is it going to go? I bought at $10.92 thinking it would hit around $15 when the network went global...but those numbers haven't even been released yet. The TV product has been pretty much junk lately, but the network releases have been outstanding. I still think cataloged content released through a monthly service fee is the future of television content...this could be a hold for a while.

You should probably take your own advice and stop posting idiotic opinion's on topics that you have no clue about. I think you should start a blog where nobody can reply so that you can continue to live in your fantasy world. Here in the real world your mouth will continue to write checks your ### cannnot cash. Good luck.

Come on guy, I'm not trying to piss you off. I'm just trying to make you some money and maybe give you some fantasy advice. But come this Sunday at Survivor Series, you're going down for the 1, 2, 3.

I will tip my hat to you her me to this point. Still have to see what that October number comes in at. But if the rumors of them selling their library to Warner brothers are true that is a huge windfall.

Pretty sure you have to actually own a stock to count it in your "portfolio".

Then again, you do like to enjoy/brag about your "theoretical gains" that are, in actuality, losses.

You keep doing you, D-lusional.

I may buy back in if it drops lower. It should gain momentum after the Royal Rumble on the Road to Wrestlemania. They offered the Network 1 month free, let's see if that lures in more subscribers.

It's back up to $13.42 and I think there's potentially both short-term and long-term with this stock.
Update?
UPDATE: Em is banned.
Did you got ahold of Dodds?
Dodds said it was my call. I upheld the decision. Felt it was the right thing to do. I wanted to be on the right side of history on this one.
Ban-enabler.

Is this true or just messing around? I wasn't around for the last week or so, what happened?

Boooooooo

What happened?
Em, he was banned.
Yes, I understand, but I'm hoping for a funny link or story behind it.

I can't say it didn't weigh heavy on my mind. But it was the right thing to do.

This feels like the scene where Nicky Santoro tells those two dudes he is over here now...

Maybe Carmine went across the street

I'm a little upset I gave up my free subscription to get Eminence reinstated. I haven't seen him around here since. I was totally scammed. :(

I think investing in WWE stock is a smart move. Over time they will generate interest for the WWE network, they spam it all over their broadcasts. The Summerslam card looks great and the WWE Network is about to go International.

It was trading at $30.00 a share before collapsing to under $11.00 a share.

My argument is that the stock price rose because of the potential of the WWE Network. Everyone jumped off board when the numbers weren't that great for the WWE Network initially but the Network has longterm potential. The potential is still the same as when the stock was trading at $30 a share.

It's back up to $13.42 and I think there's potentially both short-term and long-term with this stock.
If you did a one-year buy and hold at 13.42, you are looking good...up to 22.75 today. One-year return of nearly 70%.

Also, to add. When WWE first released the network. Hype got so high that the stock was forced up to about $30+ a share

Dude, why do you have to be a #### about it? I like the earnings report released by WWE. Care to discuss? Even if the company loses half its value, $250 isn't that much money to lose.

This is a long hold for me. Did I mention were on the ROAD TO WRESTLEMANIA!?!?!
