Yahoo Defense Scoring - "3 and outs" vs "4 and outs" (2 Viewers)

Does anyone play in this type of league, we get a point for a Defense getting, "3 and outs," shouldn't a team get a point for "4 and outs."

It's essentially the same thing.

For me, I see it from a defensive standpoint the plays are similar. Sure with one the offense is punting on the next down and the other the defense has no more downs. The offense is giving the ball to the opponent if they don't succeed, just in a different way. I think the default for Yahoo you have to select each. So it is possible you get points for a 3 and out but not for a 4 and out.
