Probably the wrong place for this subject but I had to vent.

Been using the free site for several years on one league and had no problems but this year

one manager has been unable gain access to their team. Of course you can only email them and its like talking to the wall. Same old "what computer are you using and have you changed IDs." Beyond the obvious they seem to come up with no solutions or contact the commissioner to be the 3rd party go between.

They tell you they will contact you within 24 hours, but that is merely to tell you they are very busy and will contact you soon. If they only gave a 800 number to call. They have gotten far to big to handle problems IMO.

If you plan on using that free site I urge you to reconsider. If everything goes smoothly fine, but If you have problems that need to be resolved, have fun.

this is an issue every year. a few people complain about it, but most people aren't in situations that they need the cheatsheets out early in the week, so it's never been corrected.i keep hoping it will be fixed, even though it seems to only affect a minority of the subscribers.

sorry you are having problems but I think the old saying is true here.......you get what you pay for. Since you don't pay for customer service, they won't give you any. Good luck, I hope you are able to get your problems figured out before the season starts.

This is our 12th year on Yahoo and have never had a problem. We also have never payed for a fantasy football site nor will we ever.

But here's the thing guys...yahoo has taken away the option to pay. Also, have doubled their number of fantasy participants....so sure the support staff is severely overwhelmed. I just miss the good old days when you could pay $30 (2.50 per team) and get to the front of the line.
