Yahoo! = Yuck! (1 Viewer)

And, now, my Yahoo! page is back to "normal" after a few days of some new front page they may have tried to use. Not sure what is up with the intertubes.

Mine was the same for those days. I wasn't really sure what this thread was about, actually, but if you say it...

i for one am glad to learn that your yahoo experience is back to better i can finally sleep now take that to the bank bromigo

Just like clockwork, the "blank is still around..." or "people still use blank?" guys.

Never gets old.

That being said, Yahoo has been a bad product since the new CEO took over.

I wouldn't be so quick to make fun of a company that shelled out $20M for exclusive broadcast rights to Jaguars/Bills in London

A couple weeks ago Yahoo mail was down for like 3hrs. Complaints all over the country. Totally unacceptable for a site of that size.

I've unfortunately had to wade into their waters to watch this latest (kind of bad) season of Community. Their interface is so bad I just ended up torrenting the episodes instead of watching them on Yahoo for free.

The episode about giving a diploma to a dog ranks up there with the best of them.

There's also a pretty decent Paul Fieg sci-fi comedy on there called "Other Space" that's worth a look.

I work with a lot of tech companies. I get to go to the main location for many of the big players. Was at yahoo recently and was stunned how stupid many of the workers were (not necessarily overall, just in comparison to others within the industry). Their offices are painful to walk through. So boring and reek of a company stuck in the early 00's.
