My league starts TEs as WRs, and we start 3. PPR, 1 pt. for 15 RecYds. I'm wondering if Pascal is a better play vs. TB than Kelce vs. NE.
The Patriots aren't bad against TEs, and you know they'll be looking to shut down the KC offense and re-establish themselves after a rough 4-game patch. On the other hand, they don't control their own fate in terms of getting that first-round bye, so maybe the fire isn't quite what we'd see in other years. Plus, how do you sit a main cog in the KC offense?
On the flip side, I keep looking at that TB defense against WRs and Pascal's numbers last week against TEN (who also have defensive secondary issues), and I'm wondering if I'm underestimating Pascal's floor this week.
I figure Kelce is good for a floor of 9-11 points in my league's scoring system. I wouldn't give Pascal a floor over 7 in a normal week, but is TB bad enough to give him a floor closer to last week's performance (13-14 pts.)?
