Jayded 639
Stipe 3-2.....no way did DC do enough to dethrone a champion, let alone it being a close 3-2 kind of fight regardless.

We've seen some really crazy scoring over the years yeah Stipe played with fire this one. not sure why, i'm guessing his corner was telling him he had this. But he definitely could have done more in those 3rd and 4th rounds to easily cement this fight. Will be weird how they score these though, Stipe had much better strikes overall, but DC's power combined with Stipe's hair made a lot of those shots look rough

If you look at his actual resume of fights, it really shouldn't be considered on the same tier as a GSP, Silva, etc. His 205 run was a nice fight with Gus, but outside of that nothing really great. and he started his career as a hot prospect with a great run in Strikeforce and some impressive wins. but he never really had any great moments.
modogg 4,688
ok DC, yeah you got poked in the eye. You didn't lose the fight because of an eye poke, you probably should have never even been in that 3rd round

DC never should have left the HWY division to let Cane do whatever he was going to do. SHould have stayed at HWY if he wanted and then we could have seen what his career would have held. I would say DC had a good fight with Gus, and looked good in his one fight with Jones, but outside of that i don't think he has done much of anything since 2013. Bobcat10 1,976
Another thing about DC....really disliked how he stormed out of the ring post decision. Colby even thinks of easing up in the 4th to dish out more punishment in the 5th! Donald Cerrone vs. Niko Price - Going with youth on this one. All 30-27 decisions. Khamzat Chimaev vs. Gerald Meerschaert. Chimaev time. 3rd round stoppage. Johnny Walker vs. Ryan Spann - Walker gets back on track with 2nd round KO. Mackenzie Dern vs. Randa Markos - Dern takes this with a decision as Markos is tough and stays in the fight. Kevin Holland vs. Darren Stewart - Holland in decision.

Craig_MiamiFL 2,473
Has there been a fighter that's been as boring after being a champion as Woodley? I know some will disagree based off his name, but UFC would be out nothing cutting the guy. It's been many fights of nothing now. Just looks like his desire to fight is gone. And not a kid anymore at 38. Go be an analyst or something. Rapper, whatever.
