2020 1st (probably early to mid??? Full rebuild - he doesn't have a lot of talent left, but has 1.01, 1.02, 1.04, 1.06, 2.06)

I probably do the deal.  The '20 draft is supposed to be better than this one so you are "upgrading" the first rounder due to better talent and getting a decent upside WR as well.  I don't see how it's a negative in value however if there is someone you really like at 1.05 then you might have something to weigh against the offer.  Personally there isn't anybody that is must have at 1.05 so I do the deal.   

I'd prefer the Kirk/2020 1st side
