Maybe a high ankle sprain. I've had it a few times (since it's a recurring injury that never really goes away), that's usually where it swells up.

Lamb electric and has been quiet for a couple weeks or mild, today he's already exploded with plenty of game left.
He caught a highlight reel 44 yarder last week. Seems to step up when the running game stalls. Fortunately it’s not been stalling.
