I don’t know what to expect exactly. More amazing analysis to come later too.
Don't forget to start a fight with someone else in the thread and make that the important part of the game. Everyone loves that kind of stuff.I'm gonna watch the game and chime in later as well with my superior opinions.

I think even the biggest Stafford doubter thinks he's a good guy and a solid teammate. This is a big game for him though, one where he can prove that it was more his previous team that was the main problem.rooting for Stafford here. always liked him.
It is that way. You wish a good team player, who moves on, success except when he's playing against your team. Tonight Stafford is playing against the Lions because of the draft consequences.Stafford going for his first playoff win!
Lions will receive the 23rd pick if the Rams lose…
Most of the year Detroit fans were all “man, Matthew is such a good guy, hope he gets a ring.”
This week it’s more like “screw that dude we don’t want the 26th (or worse) pick.”
You just know it’s coming. The only real question is if it’s going to be a house call.I’m just here for the Stafford INT
You are not!It is a knack I have as a contrarian.![]()
Geographically closer to AZ than St Louis, so it is a possibility.I’m rooting for more Cardinals fans in the stadium.
Where is that dislike button when you need itI’m just here for the Stafford INT
I think Watt being back is going to be a huge boost for Arizona, both on the field and emotionally/mentally. There was a lot of talk early this season, that Watt came in and was instantly the leader of the team. Its also worth noting that they were 7-0 with Watt this year, including dominant wins over these Rams and the Titans.I see it as a coin flip TBH. AZ is good on the road, Stafford love to throw to the wrong jerseys down the stretch, both teams play good defense…AZ hasn’t been the run funnel the last few games that they were for a large chunk of the season…
LAR offense has managed commendably without Woods, but they’ve definitely struggled to find an identity. The Niners made Sony look like Sony, and the Rams have seemed hesitant to take the deep shots they were taking earlier in the season.
that might be partly due to the health of the OL, but Stafford has been pressured a lot more than he was - and if JJ Watt is even 80% of himself, it could be a long game.
This was my coin flippiest of coin flips this weekend (my other one was 49ers) so I’m likely going to wager AZ + points. I already bet the over - I think it was 46 or 47 when I got in bht haven’t checked in a minute.
Should be a close, fun game: hopefully we’re not all talking about the refs afterwards.![]()
Figured. That'll get in the way of a lot of things, that work thing. That damn work thing.
Ironically I didn’t make it there for a Rams game this year but did for 2 Charger games. Why didn't you go to SoFi tonight?
What did you think of it? I'm tempted to go, but with COVID and all, I'm really risk-averse.Ironically I didn’t make it there for a Rams game this year but did for 2 Charger games.

It’s amazing, truly. The owner of my company has 4 seats in that first field section which also allows you down to the field level in the end zone. It’s unreal. Only downside is the traffic leaving the game. Pure gridlock every time. What did you think of it? I'm tempted to go, but with COVID and all, I'm really risk-averse.
As a Bucs fan I prefer the Cards because the Rams have more top end talent - Donald can wreck a game and Ramsey could take Evans out. However, Murray is the far superior QB and getting Stafford in a road playoff game sounds like a treat. Yesterday I was convinced I wanted the Cards but it’s close. Rams have the better coach too.
I would just pray for Wirfs being healthy, really. As a Bucs fan I prefer the Cards because the Rams have more top end talent - Donald can wreck a game and Ramsey could take Evans out. I actually think TB is the team that has the best chance of beating GB. The way to beat them is to outduel them. Brady is the only QB I can see doing that left in the NFC.I would just pray for Wirfs being healthy, really.
You guys miss Godwin. I don't see Tampa advancing past the next round (sorry, man). If they do, I don't see them beating Green Bay. Kinda feel like everything is too suspect in Tampa right now.
I also forget the exact stat, but it was something like the Rams lose 75% of the time if they are down at halftime, but win every time they lead, except for that loss to SF last week. A hot start is crucial for them.Yeah but surprisingly, not if he's down at half they don't. I forget the exact stats but a Rams fan buddy actually pointed it out to me. I was shocked. Someone here will know.
Anyway, not good.
According to Stathead, the Rams are 7-22 when trailing by at least one point at halftime in regular-season and postseason games since 2017, a win percentage of 0.241. That ranks 11th in the NFL, considerably better than most people probably think.
The Steelers are a league-best 13-18 when trailing at halftime, followed by the Packers (13-20), Saints (11-18), Chiefs (9-15) and Seahawks (13-25).
When holding a lead?
Has. Never. Lost.
45-0
It’s the NFL record for most consecutive wins when leading at the half.
I remember you posting that. I also remember @BobbyLayne providing that response above when you posted it showing that McVay was actually in the top half, so really not that bad - a post you actually acknowledged.Yeah but surprisingly, not if he's down at half they don't.
