Looks like we're keeping Cundiff. I'd imagine that this means we'll keep him at least till the end of this season.

Hopefully we can find somebody better in the offseason.

Gostkowski is going to be a free agent. Plenty of cap space if they want to pay him top dollar. New England has no cap space in 2015 as of now. Revis may get cut or restructured to make some cap room available for them. His contract is HUGE - $25 million

well played...obviously hope you're wrong about him...two wins, cincy losing to Denver then beating Pittsburgh setting us up for win and in (on prime time?) week 17. Doubt we win in Baltimore, but the experience of that game will help next year.

hey me too. hope he proves me wrong.

It's strange how much this offense has changed since the first half of the season. Especially since it seems to have. Gone downhill since they have Gordon and Cameron back.

No defense, no running game, costly penalties especially in the 1st quarter, and the qb sucked. Seems about right.

maybe now Johnnie will grow up a little after he had his azzz handed to him on national TV. quit the rock star partying, and try to learn how to be a real NFL qb. so much for my enthusiasm about fox flexing the game so i could watch it here in Denver. almost wish they hadn't.

on a side note, has there ever been a divisional series where both teams post blowouts on the road in the same year??

pettine's defense was a dumpster fire today. how do we basically dominate the colts and crap the bed vs. Dalton @ home.

re: drafting a qb in the 1st next year, w/ BUF still winning, we'll be lucky to have one of those 2 first rounders under #15 (unless we tank the rest of the season.

they can't stop the run. they looked good against the Colts because they are a passing team.

it's very possible they don't win again.

especially when they keep starting Manziel.

he's not any good.

CLE defense never had a chance to regroup or catch their breath today... 3 & out, 3 & out, INT, 3 & out... takes a toll pretty quick.

In an ### backwards sorta way, that was probably a good thing. The Hoyer support club finally shut up after last week, now the Manziel should have started sooner crowd will shut up, and the kid will go into the offseason knowing he needs to put in the work to play in this league instead of being raised up on a pedestal.

or they should flush both and try again.

Or you guys should go out of the way to get Mariota/Winston. Guy can't see over the line. His footwork was a mess all day and he has a pedestrian arm to couple with the accuracy problems (maybe due to sloppy footwork and overall mechanics). Guy is just a mess all over. Already had major questions about attitude and work ethic leading into this week. Probably not what Browns fans want to hear since it's the same story for going on 15 years but I don't think they should settle for developing a QB with no tangible NFL strengths. He had some awareness, I'd be shocked if he ever did anything like what he did in college after watching him allow himself to be eaten alive today.

not sure. haven't watched any tape yet on the college kids.

I feel about Winston the way the anti Johnny feel about him. Ten foot pole. I'd love to trade up for Mariota, but I doubt it's feasible. So, Johnny or Sanchez? I'd rather build around Johnny and see what he does with a full offseason and an offseason that is hopefully devoted to everything offense, as this last offseason should have been.

the question is and always has been for me; what is Manziel good at that actually applies to the pro game?
given what he can do with his feet he just needs to be a two read qb. I saw progress in that regard from preseason today. A little slow, but he was getting to it and keeping his eyes down field. Expectations were just stupid coming into this. I did expect better than that, but as Joe Thomas said before the Colts game once we go to him we are playing for next year.

imo that ability does not outweigh his weaknesses. he is not a special athlete at this level.

i don't think anyone has said he is a special athlete,a t least I hope not.

We gave Hoyer a sample size of 16 games, can we give manziel at least more than one? Thanks in advance guys.
Hoyer showed some promise in his first few games. which part of Manziel's game showed promise today?
Dude, no he didn't. Go back and look at my posts from the very beginning of this season saying Hoyer didn't look good and he'd get the hook eventually. I realize you and other Browns fans saw 'promise'. Chalk that up to the natural bias of wanting to attribute a team's success to its most accessible player, the quarterback.
