True or not, all we have is ..... He used our money for a personal benefit. Yes I look at the "software" as a personal expenditure. He was trying to increase his personal income by reducing costs. He was the only person with access to all of our money and he used it for a personal purchase...

Since all the money was 90% ours...and he used our money to buy the software. Aren't we all co-owners of the software? If this is the case, don't we have a right to know all about it? Just thinking about this from a different angle.

Phenomsff was an excellent place to play. Lot's of positive feedback is available out there on the site. Up until this point, there were no red flags not to use them.
