The starting pitching is beginning to worry me a little. I don't know how much of the misery is due to guys trying new things, but man, they have not looked sharp.
And the cold weather never bodes well for pitching when guys can't stay warm between innings.
For anyone familiar with Yosemite....I'm wanting to make a trip there in May and I'm not sure if I should have begun planning this a year ago or start planning for next May instead of this May.
My primary interest is photography.
A few questions:
I would prefer to stay in the park, but my wife...
I rewatched Mare of Easttown (MAX).
I had a general memory of the story but I couldn't remember the details and left me feeling like I was watching it for the first time.
I would hate to label it as a depressing story and lead people to not want to watch it but it did have a bit of a depressing...
I binged it a couple of years ago after having never watched it. It's not a show that will leave you thinking about days afterward, but it's entertaining. I liked it.
Episode 1 is a good first episode to convince you to go on or quit right out of the gate.
Rewatching Band of Brothers for the 4th time.
Episode 2 is still one of the most incredible television episodes I have ever viewed.
I spent the morning reading all about the Brecourt Manor assault. These men had balls like you read about!
Enjoyed the first two episodes! The in-air battle scenes are spectacular. Although I'm already having trouble figuring out which character is which when they're masked up in the air.
Looking forward to seeing the entire season!
Here's a fun drinking game.
Watch "We Own This City" (HBO) and take a drink every time you see a secondary character from The Wire.
You won't get drunk, but you'll get a comfy buzz.
Good Will Hunting (HBO Max)
I hadn't watched this movie since I originally saw it in the theater 25+ years ago.
I didn't like it then, but I have wanted to see it again because over the years I've heard others talk about how important it was and I recently listened to a podcast that broke down...
Slow Horses - Season 3
I don't know a character on TV that I currently love more than Jackson Lamb. He's vulgar and the farting scenes are a bit dumb to me, but the rest of whatever he happens to be doing while on screen is fascinating. I also like the concept of a team of losers that have...
Fargo - Season 5
I really liked this season. I didn't think Juno Temple could pull the character off, but I thought she was fantastic & John Hamm was super!
The secondary characters took some getting used to, specifically Jennifer Jason Leigh. Such an odd portrayal, but you eventually come...
I thought Echo was such a poor-quality production. Bad production, odd story, awful acting from top to bottom.
Anything that has Vincent D'Onofrio as a major player, out there over acting like he does starts with a bad review before the first episode airs. And this thing with the Michelin Man...
Tokyo Vice (HBO Max)
Season 1 has been around for a bit; Season 2 begins streaming on Feb 8.
I just happened to stumble upon this through a pop-up ad while viewing something else.
I'm only two episodes in, so I'll give another comment when I complete season 1, so far, I like it a lot.
It's well...
Fargo (Season 5) on Hulu
Probably already discussed. After watching the first few minutes of E1, I was thinking it was going to be a bomb, but it has turned out to be my favorite season!!
Can anyone get Dr. Jene Bramel on the line to provide some insight on this Kupp injury?
One thing I always keep in mind is something Jene would say is the difference between "day to day" and "week to week" is a pretty wide gap in the injury world.
@Jene Bramel
