When I say "all things being equal" I mean imagine if somehow all 32 kickers had to kick all 16 games in the exact same elements (we'll go with a dome to make it easy) and that all 32 kickers play on a team with the exact same offensive personnel.
Now it just comes down to who you want to kick...
If you had to start any of these guys for an extended period of time, for whatever reason, which of them would you expect pretty good (if not above average) numbers out of? Trying to get an idea of how the SP views some of the backups who are sitting on the waiver wire. Our rosters are super deep.
