OK, here's mine. Again, as a staffer, I can't win. With bye weeks in check, this is the team I assembled.

QB - Peyton Manning - 31

QB - Joey Harrington - 6

QB - David Garrard - 2

RB - Willie Parker - 44

RB - Laurence Maroney - 38

RB - Marion Barber III - 22

RB - Jerome Harrison - 2

RB - Tony Hunt - 1

WR - Anquan Boldin - 35

WR - Lee Evans - 29

WR - Ronald Curry - 8

WR - Demetrius Williams - 3

WR - Wes Welker - 3

WR - Patrick Crayton - 3

WR - Jacoby Jones - 2

WR - Chris Henry - 2

TE - Owen Daniels - 11

TE - Donald Lee - 1

PK - Rian Lindell - 1

PK - Rob Bironas - 1

TD - Green Bay Packers - 3

TD - San Francisco 49ers - 2

Need 1 good QB - check

Need 2 good RBs - check, have a third (MBIII) if need be. I elected not to backup Maroney with Sammy Morris. Couldn't find the cap space without losing someone else

Need 3 good WRs - Got two and I'm hoping WR3 will emerge from Curry, D. Williams, Welker, Crayton, Jacoby or Chris Henry for the 2nd half

Need 1 good TE - Owen Daniels had great rookie numbers for a TE

Kicker - just need one to score points. Went with the $1 each approach

Defense - Really like Green Bay and SF is a hunch

Curtis/Owen Daniels instead of Cooley/McDonald. I think I'm deep enough at WR but we'll see.
I would like this team a lot more if you replaced either Kevin Walter or Shaun McDonald with TE Eric Johnson. With TEs getting 1.5 pts per reception, it's silly to have just one TE. If Cooley's down game coincides with 2 of the 3 RBs also down, this team will be toast. Add that to only having 3 RBs and one has herniated disks and I see this team falling before we get to the 4,000 cut level.

I hope I have a shot.

1 stud WR and 3 marginal WRs won't get it done. Add in just 1 TE and you're headed for an early exit.
Well, considering I'm a 1st time subscriber along with being a 1-year noob, I'll learn from my mistakes. But thanks for the study of my team, none-the-less. By the way, I do have 2 TEs.
Missed Heap on my quote. Big help for you with EJ as a potential flex. Welcome aboard and good luck this year. Hopefully my comments will be wrong and you do well.

I could have sworn I changed this to a better team before the deadline, but oh well. It's free right?

QB - Matt Schaub - 10

QB - Brady Quinn - 3

Hate the QB's and WR's, but if I can make it through the early shallow cuts, I could reach sleeper status!

I'm an Arizona resident therefore can't win any of the $$ or prizes. What's up with that?

I don't get the strategy where people are taking 2 QB's. 2 Def, 2 TE, especially when one is really weak. You are really counting on the stud to produce great numbers every week, which very few do. I really wouldn't want to be stuck with only 3 RB's and even 4 RBs seems a bit low unless you have a couple real studs. The only position I would even consider having two at would be kickers. Even with 3 QBs, 5 RBs, 3 DEF, and 3 TE, that still leaves room for 6 WRs. As long as you have 3 good ones and 3 other decent starters, you should be able to get three to perform. My 2 cents anyways.

 With Palmer and Gates, I'm not overly worried. QB - Matt Hasselbeck - 15QB - J.P. Losman - 12QB - Jeff Garcia - 8RB - Larry Johnson - 49RB - Willie Parker - 44RB - Kevin Jones - 16RB - Sammy Morris - 3RB - Tony Hunt - 1WR - Vincent Jackson - 17WR - Santonio Holmes - 14WR - Brandon Marshall - 11WR - Craig Davis - 5WR - Sidney Rice - 3WR - Wes Welker - 3WR - Jacoby Jones - 2WR - Chris Henry - 2TE - Antonio Gates - 35TE - Eric Johnson - 1PK - Josh Brown - 2PK - Jason Hanson - 2TD - Minnesota Vikings - 3TD - Washington Redskins - 2The first thing that struck me is that there seemed to be a lot of good cheap candy at WR, so I went shotgun blast thinking two to four of these guys will do enough each week to get me by. As I figured Holmes, Welker and Jacoby seem to be on a ton of teams. I'll be honest, I took Sidney Rice because I like what I've seen and I wanted to have him on at least one roster this year, but I didn't want it to be a high stakes league, so here he is, I'm not expecting much from him, especially early on, but we'll see. I've seen a couple of other people gamble on Chris Henry too - could pay off big if we make it that far.I focused on RB next, and Johnson and Parker both look like really good values to me here, especially Johnson. I think he'll do about what he did last year, which would make him a screaming deal here. Kevin Jones was my biggest gamble, considering I had him in before he was reported to have avoided the PUP and was possible for game play earlier. I was just planning on having him back around week 6 prior to Johnson and Parker's byes. Sammy Morris and Tony Hunt both looked like great deals to me as well, and I've seen many other rosters already with them in it, so I know I'm not alone in this.

Looking at QB, Hass looked like the best value to me. I liked Leinart too, but they have the same bye, so I had to go with Lossman, which is fine because I really like Lossman's chances this year. I also see good things in store for Garcia and he will be a bargain as well. Barring injury I'll have 2 qbs going at all times, I think I'll do fine here.

After pondering the rules for a while I realized at 1.5 ppr, I had to find a way to get Gates on the team. I think he'll have a monster year - there'll be him and then everybody else at TE - I'm thinking he'll be as good as a top 10 receiver. Eric Johnson was an easy one - I figured he'll end up on many rosters. I just hope he's not injured (again) when Gates's bye comes around. Having Gates and Vincent Jackson/Craig Davis could make the Charger bye week a tough one for me, but what can you do.

Kicker, I just took the two $2 guys highest in Herman's rankings that also don't share a bye week.

D was possibly the toughest decision for me. I liked the Redskins very much and they were a no brainer, but choosing the $3 defense was tough. I narrowed it down to the Vikings and the Raiders and went back and forth several times. I went with the Vikings as I think they're tougher against the run than the raiders and good things come from that.

Apart from my receivers being a total crap shoot, my flex spot will probably be a weakness all year, rb could get ugly if Kevin Jones doesn't pan out, but you can't be strong everywhere.

I hope I have a shot.

Thanks, man. I hope your team does well also. I'll rute for ye.

It was fun & tough putting this together this year. This squad will probably get ya knocked out quick

QB - Joey Harrington - 6

QB - Daunte Culpepper - 4

QB - Damon Huard - 4

QB - David Garrard - 2

I resisted all urge and went with quantity over quality with QB's.

RB - Brian Westbrook - 52

RB - Shaun Alexander - 41

RB - Ahman Green - 23

RB - Marion Barber III - 22

RB - Ladell Betts - 14

Had a hard time deciding if 4 or 5 RB's was the number to go. Guess I could not let Betts get by for only $14

WR - Marques Colston - 27

WR - Santonio Holmes - 14

WR - Kevin Curtis - 10

WR - Ronald Curry - 8

WR - Drew Bennett - 6

WR - Wes Welker - 3

WR - Chris Henry - 2

Lots of question marks here on WR. Nee Holmes to trully breakout.

TE - Dan Campbell - 1

TE - Eric Johnson - 1

Eric Johnson could make or break me here.

PK - John Kasay - 1

PK - Sebastian Janikowski - 1

Went cheap on PK

TD - Baltimore Ravens - 7

TD - Houston Texans - 1

QB - Matt Schaub - 10

QB - Joey Harrington - 6

QB - David Garrard - 2

Garrard and Harrington, like everyone else. I was surprised not to see many Schaubs.

RB - LaDainian Tomlinson - 70

RB - Brandon Jacobs - 26

RB - Adrian Peterson - 23

RB - Cadillac Williams - 21

I got sick of seeing Tomlinson scoring 40+ last year and hoping both my RB's would at least equal him. I should be strong at RB, even on Tomlinson's off week.

WR - Vincent Jackson - 17

WR - Devery Henderson - 9

WR - Michael Jenkins - 8

WR - Ronald Curry - 8

WR - Maurice Stovall - 3

WR - Amani Toomer - 3

WR - Jacoby Jones - 2

WR - Chris Henry - 2

Went with the quantity theory. I spread out the bye weeks enough that I should (hopefully) get 3 decent performances each week. If I'm still around after the 1st 9 weeks, getting Henry for the stretch is a bonus.

TE - Alge Crumpler - 17

TE - Daniel Graham - 7

TE - Eric Johnson - 1

Also went with quantity here. Crumpler seemed seriously undervalued, having been a top 5 TE the last 4 years. At half the cost of Gates, I couldn't pass him up.

PK - Jason Hanson - 2

PK - John Kasay - 1

Hoping that THIS is the year for Detroit's offense. Kasay always kicks some long FG's and it should be a bounce back year for Carolina.

TD - Chicago Bears - 8

TD - Denver Broncos - 4

Again, I got tired of not having Chicago last year. Denver was just the final piece of the puzzle.

QB - Ben Roethlisberger - 18

QB - Jason Campbell - 11

QB - David Garrard - 2

RB - Reggie Bush - 45

RB - Willis McGahee - 29

RB - Ahman Green - 23

RB - DeShaun Foster - 13

RB - Sammy Morris - 3

RB - Tony Hunt - 1

WR - Andre Johnson - 33

WR - Isaac Bruce - 15

WR - Santonio Holmes - 14

WR - Ronald Curry - 8

WR - Arnaz Battle - 5

WR - Dwayne Bowe - 4

WR - Ernest Wilford - 3

TE - Owen Daniels - 11

TE - Ben Troupe - 5

PK - Rian Lindell - 1

PK - John Kasay - 1

TD - Minnesota Vikings - 3

TD - San Francisco 49ers - 2

I worked hard to put together a balanced, 'every-week' type of team. Tried to load up on guys with good SOS. I'm sure everyone and his sister will have Garrard this year, like Gore last year.. thinking the Vikes will have a good 'D'... scrimped WRs a bit to load up on RBs, but I think I found enough with occasional high-upside. Anyway, learned some lessons from last year and think I have a shot to make the final rounds.

Not too sure about this year. Made it to week 12 last year with LT but decided on a different strategy this year. Could be hurting a little at TE if things don't go as anticipated, wr I should be ok, def/k s/b good, hoping for Morency/Rhodes to help out as the season goes on . Always fun seeing the different strategies. Garrard appears to be most teams "Gore" this year.

I'd love some feedback of different strategy options from Dodds, Wheelhouse, or LHUCKS. I tried to go value last year and just got cut week 7 I believe. So I tried to go more studly this year combined with value. I thought the RB's were too expensive for the points. Maybe I am looking at it wrong. But it seemed to me that QB and TE were money better spent as well as DEF when you look at points/dollar. Any thoughts?

QB - Drew Brees - 21

QB - Damon Huard - 4

QB - David Garrard - 2

Saw Brees as the best value at QB, him being almost a lock for top 5 IMO, and I see many agreed. Im obviously screwed if he gets hurt, but I think that Huard and Garrard are very fine backup options, especially for just 6 bucks.

RB - Travis Henry - 43

RB - Rudi Johnson - 40

RB - Thomas Jones - 27

RB - T.J. Duckett - 2

I wanted, and had worked out, Henry and Willie Parker together, but them having the same bye weeks made me have to scratch that. This way Ive got 3 potential stud RBs every week, and shouldnt ever really have a down down week at RB. I think Henry is huge this year, as many do. Rudi will be Rudi, and I think TJ will transition just fine to NY. Duckett is there just as a potential TD vulture, maybe he has a 2-3TD game once or twice? Why not for 2 bucks.

WR - Lee Evans - 29

WR - Donte Stallworth - 14

WR - Santonio Holmes - 14

WR - Kevin Curtis - 10

WR - Demetrius Williams - 3

WR - Jacoby Jones - 2

Here I obviously went with guys who have the upside to have huge weeks. I think Lee is in for a very nice year and can go off weekly. Donte should be more hit and miss, but he could easily go for 150 and a touch or two. I think Santonio takes a much larger role this year and is a great WR2/3 this year, and he also has the big play ability imo. KCurt a great value at 10 bucks, he too, like the others, can go off, especially in Philly. I think you see the trend here lol. I feel the same about Demetrius and Jacoby, as I know many do.

TE - Jason Witten - 19

TE - David Martin - 6

TE - Robert Royal - 1

TE - Eric Johnson - 1

I think Witten is in more more catches this year, and like having a solid weekly option in him. Then Ive got three solid, yet unspectacular backups. I know a lot of people took Eric Johnson, hes obviously huge value at a buck with his potential.

PK - Neil Rackers - 2

PK - Matt Bryant - 1

PK - John Kasay - 1

With the scoring seemingly awarding strong legged kickers, I went with Neil as my main man, with solid backups for a buck each.

TD - Baltimore Ravens - 7

TD - Tennessee Titans - 1

I know losing Thomas hurts, but going on last years stats that IMO are more important to look at, Balt should be tops in Sacks and INTs again this year. THeir bye week is week 8, and if Im still around Tennesse play Oakland for week 8. For a buck, makes sense, wont ever need another D with Balt there IMO.

Feel free to tear apart lol.

Just my opinion. In order to win a contest with 10,000+ entries you will need to assume a few things. My assumptions were that Brees, L. Johnson, F Gore & T Heap will all stay healthy & productive throughout the season. If that happens, the rest of my team falls into place. It's a heck of a lot easier for me to believe those 4 guys are healthy & perform, than it is me thinking I can hit on backups well enough to beat out 10,000 other players.

On first glance, I screwed up at TE - probably should have snagged EJohnson there as well and dumped a kicker. Oh well. I thought Johnson was a good value at RB. Tried to load up on affordable WR's, with one stud leading the way. I figure a lot of teams will have Welker at $3. I like my 3-headed monster at QB - best ball makes Grossman's hideous games less punishing.

Strong except at TE, but you'll last awhile. Never know!

My take:Only a handful of RBs are really capable of regular monster weeks. So you have no choice but to pay a premium to get one or two of those guys. My team advanced pretty far last year on the strength of my RBs (KJ, Bush, Gore, Maroney, Dillon) and my TEs (Shockey, Witten). I can't even remember who my QBs and WRs were.I think it's essential to spend heavily on TE and RB because it seems like those are the two positions where monster games can really separate you from the pack (because RBs can score so much and because most teams have weak TEs). QB is kind of a middle of the road position. A great QB can score a lot. On the downside, just about any top 15 QB has a realistic shot of tossing for 300 yards in a given week, so there's not as much incentive to go big and get Manning (because teams with a Hasselbeck/Roethlisberger combo won't be too far behind you). The reason I think teams who went stud WR are largely shooting themselves in the foot is because even the best WRs usually only average 6-7 catches, 75-100 yards, and 0.5-1.0 TDs per game. I can get those numbers from a group of cheap scrubs. So I think RB and TE are the positions that demand heavy spending. A committee approach can work at all the other positions.

Studly lineup-- but Crumpler was a mistake and could certainly cost you later on. May have a solid enough team to overcome it, though.

And it looks like I wasn't the only one who saw huge value in Curry, Curtis, and Holmes. Those guys seem to be on almost every roster.

WR - Chad Johnson - 43

WR - Devery Henderson - 9

WR - Wes Welker - 3

WR - Chris Henry - 2

WR - Shaun McDonald - 1

TE - Bo Scaife - 9

TE - Eric Johnson - 1

PK - Olindo Mare - 3

PK - Jason Hanson - 2

TD - Baltimore Ravens - 7

TD - Minnesota Vikings - 3

If Foster comes through I feel good with this line up, bring it on ####ers!

surprised not to see Kevin Jones more. for all the talk about how good he could be for that late season push, i figured he's be more common.

QB - Matt Hasselbeck - 15QB - Matt Leinart - 14QB - David Garrard - 2RB - Reggie Bush - 45RB - Shaun Alexander - 41RB - Cadillac Williams - 21WR - Donald Driver - 30WR - Isaac Bruce - 15WR - Santonio Holmes - 14WR - Devery Henderson - 9WR - Ernest Wilford - 3WR - Wes Welker - 3WR - Amani Toomer - 3WR - Jacoby Jones - 2WR - Dennis Northcutt - 1WR - Shaun McDonald - 1WR - Kevin Walter - 1TE - Chris Cooley - 22PK - John Kasay - 1PK - Nick Folk - 1TD - Dallas Cowboys - 3TD - Green Bay Packers - 3My only possible regret was not going K. Curtis/Owen Daniels instead of Cooley/McDonald. I think I'm deep enough at WR but we'll see.
Dude, problems all around here;big problems:1) TE - 1 TE is going to kill you. When people are taking 2+ TEs, they're having an excellent shot at beating your TE by a decent amount. The bye week puts you at a serious, serious disadvantage.2) WR - By saying you're deep enough, do you really mean that you have enough bad ones? I think that Bruce, Holmes are solid value picks, but IMO wouldn't want them competing for the 2/3 spots without much behind. You could have weeks where you have <5 points between WR2 and WR3.not as big problems:3) RBs - Your RBs are a question mark as well. I do like $ being spent with a few guys here but I think they're the wrong guys. Caddy and alexander were overrated here, esp in .5ppr. And, I wouldn't really like caddy being #3 with his injury history. I think you could have downsized Alexander and chosen a better RB around the same value than Caddy.4) QBs - Lots of value here. IMO, you could have given Leinart or Hass less help. That $ would have been :football: elsewhere.
Thanks for the comments, have you posted your team? I'd like to compare our teams week to week.

TD - Dallas Cowboys - 3

TD - Tennessee Titans - 1

I'd love some feedback of different strategy options from Dodds, Wheelhouse, or LHUCKS.
QB - Matt Hasselbeck - 15QB - J.P. Losman - 12QB - Jeff Garcia - 8
Too light IMHO...top teams will get better production at QB...remember you've got to beat 1000s of teams...not enough upside here.
RB - Larry Johnson - 49RB - Willie Parker - 44RB - Kevin Jones - 16RB - Sammy Morris - 3RB - Tony Hunt - 1
Hmmm okay. I don't like FWP because he has guaranteed down weeks against Baltimore. Jones is a nice high risk/high reward playing to win pick.
WR - Vincent Jackson - 17WR - Santonio Holmes - 14WR - Brandon Marshall - 11WR - Craig Davis - 5WR - Sidney Rice - 3WR - Wes Welker - 3WR - Jacoby Jones - 2WR - Chris Henry - 2
Simply not strong enough...this is where you're going to lose.
TE - Antonio Gates - 35TE - Eric Johnson - 1
No problems with this.
PK - Josh Brown - 2PK - Jason Hanson - 2TD - Minnesota Vikings - 3TD - Washington Redskins - 2
Solid...I liked the one dollar kickers, but I almost went with the exact same Ds.Not bad overall but your WRs will be your downfall IMHO.

Here's mine:

QB - Carson Palmer - 26

QB - Joey Harrington - 6

QB - David Garrard - 2

RB - Joseph Addai - 46

RB - Brandon Jacobs - 26

RB - Jamal Lewis - 22

RB - Dominic Rhodes - 3

RB - Sammy Morris - 3

WR - Andre Johnson - 33

WR - Marques Colston - 27

WR - Santonio Holmes - 14

WR - Ronald Curry - 8

WR - Arnaz Battle - 5

WR - Demetrius Williams - 3

WR - Jacoby Jones - 2

WR - Chris Henry - 2

TE - Randy McMichael - 11

TE - Eric Johnson - 1

PK - Josh Brown - 2

PK - Rian Lindell - 1

TD - San Diego Chargers - 5

TD - San Francisco 49ers - 2

QB - Drew Brees - 21

QB - Jeff Garcia - 8

Looking for Brees to have a big year. And Garcia's nice SOS could help in a few weeks.

RB - Adrian Peterson - 23

RB - Jamal Lewis - 22

RB - Cadillac Williams - 21

RB - Fred Taylor - 17

RB - DeShaun Foster - 13

RB - Tony Hunt - 1

Five guys who in one week or another could put up decent scores + Tony Hunt. Hoping for a couple multiple TD games from Hunt.

WR - Lee Evans - 29

WR - Joey Galloway - 20

WR - Vincent Jackson - 17

WR - Bernard Berrian - 16

WR - Santonio Holmes - 14

WR - Ernest Wilford - 3

WR - Chris Henry - 2

I think Evans will have some huge weeks. Galloway, Jackson, Berrian, and Holmes should all help fill out my WR slots nicely each week. Henry could be huge in the 2nd half of the year if I can make it.

TE - Heath Miller - 11

TE - Eric Johnson - 1

Yeah, so TE isn't my strong suit, but Miller + Johnson could be servicible.

PK - Mike Nugent - 2

PK - Rian Lindell - 1

PK - John Kasay - 1

Kickers = unpredictable week to week. I like having 3 kickers in a league like this where you never know which one might have a nice week.

TD - Jacksonville Jaguars - 4

TD - Dallas Cowboys - 3

I like both Jax and Dallas this year, should be a decent tandem.

QB - Drew Brees - 21

QB - Matt Leinart - 14

QB - David Garrard - 2

Didn't like that Brees and Garrard were both off in week 4, and that I'l have to go with Leinart in week 4 vs PIT, but at least he's playing at home. Plus, I figured I wanted my weakest week to be in 4, since more people are advancing in the early weeks. If I can get by week 4, I like my chances.

RB - Willis McGahee - 29

RB - Adrian Peterson - 23

RB - Cadillac Williams - 21

RB - Ladell Betts - 14

RB - Jerome Harrison - 2

All were decent value, and none off in week 6, which I felt would be the week where most people would be sweating. Made sure none were off in the same week.

WR - Lee Evans - 29

WR - Marques Colston - 27

WR - Santonio Holmes - 14

WR - Drew Bennett - 6

WR - Wes Welker - 3

WR - Patrick Crayton - 3

Evans and Holmes both off in week 6, but the value was too good to pass on these guys. I'll be weak for week 6, but strong at all other positions.

TE - Ben Watson - 15

TE - Heath Miller - 11

TE - Eric Johnson - 1

Couldn't afford a stud, so took 3 with different byes. I'll just cross my fingers and hope one of them produces each week.

PK - Ryan Longwell - 1

PK - John Kasay - 1

PK - Nick Folk - 1

Three $1 guys. The high priced kickers were by far the worst value in this contest.

TD - Baltimore Ravens - 7

TD - San Diego Chargers - 5

Went with only 2, but not a bad two to have.

Overall, I think it's a fairly well-balanced team. Problem is, I've never played this before, so I didn't know if well-balanced or taking a few studs was a better approach. Fingers crossed...

First year doing this. Didn't spend too much time on it, or even check bye weeks for that matter

QB - Ben Roethlisberger - 18

QB - Jeff Garcia - 8

QB - Joey Harrington - 6

QB - David Garrard - 2

I like the upside of both Garcia and Roethlisberger to have some big weeks, if not two others starters will hopefully contribute a time or two.

RB - Brandon Jacobs - 26

RB - Ahman Green - 23

RB - Marshawn Lynch - 22

RB - DeShaun Foster - 13

Put my eggs in the Lynch basket....it looks like not many others did so this could be a good thing if it works out.

WR - Lee Evans - 29

WR - Braylon Edwards - 28

WR - Joey Galloway - 20

WR - Bernard Berrian - 16

WR - Santonio Holmes - 14

WR - Demetrius Williams - 3

Should be VERY strong here, with 3 solid starters every week and hopefully my flex.

TE - Bo Scaife - 9

TE - Daniel Graham - 7

TE - Eric Johnson - 1

Lots of people have a combination of these three guys on their roster.

PK - Rian Lindell - 1

PK - Ryan Longwell - 1

PK - John Kasay - 1

TD - Cleveland Browns - 1

TD - Houston Texans - 1

Spent no money here.

Went against the grain here, so I'll either crash and burn or do well with Big Ben, Lynch, Galloway and Edwards not on many rosters posted yet.

QB - Rivers,P SD - $19 Starter - nice match with A. Gates and C. Davis

QB - Schaub,M HOU - $10 Starter - nice match with A. Green and (possibly) Jer. Jones

QB - Garrard,D JAX - $2 A steal - everyone in top 250 will have him

RB - Bush,R NO - $45 Should be a counter every week

RB - Green,A HOU - $23 Green and Barber for RB2 in first few weeks

RB - Barber,M DAL - $22 Green and Barber for RB2 in first few weeks

RB - Jones,K DET - $16 Bargain of the draft - 4 for 2 RB spots - excellent flex potential

WR - Holmes,S PIT - $14 Need any 3/5 to come thru each wk. - very limited flex potential

WR - Curtis,K PHI - $10

WR - Wade,B MIN - $5

WR - Welker,W NE - $3

WR - Toomer,A NYG - $3

WR Davis,C SD - $5 I've got their QB's so who knows??

WR - Jones,J HOU - $2

TE - Gates,A. SD - $35 the best - nice match with Rivers

TE - Crumpler,A ATL - $17 Quality bye wk replacement - excellent flex potential

PK - Mare,O NO - $3 - Very little thought went into PKers

PK - Reed,J PIT - $2

PK - Brown,J SEA - $2

TD - SD - $5 Wanted 2 decent defences

TD - Pit - $4

TD - NYG -$3 A bit of a flyer

I have decent backups at all positions and good flex possibilities from RB's and TE's. Bye week coverage

is also reasonably good ( no more than 4 out in any bye wk). Only iffy wk is wk 10 when I'm missing

Schaub,M , Green,A , Jones,J and Welker,W. but I expect most top teams to have at least 2 of these 4.

After wk. 10 it's clear sailing. C-H-A-M-P-I-O-N-S-H-I-P

Glad to see nobody else with both LT2 and SA. I figure to hit a homerun, you've got to swing for the fences and get a bit lucky elsewhere. Hopefully those two will carry a lot of weeks when my other players are scoring a bit light.

QB - Tom Brady - 26

QB - Brady Quinn - 3

QB - David Garrard - 2

Brady will need to carry the team. Quinn should be a decent starter soon enough, with Garrard to be a warm body.

RB - Larry Johnson - 49

RB - Joseph Addai - 46

RB - Ahman Green - 23

RB - Adrian Peterson - 23

Hoping my flex comes from here often enough. LJ could but up Tomlinson #'s with less cost, lot of the money went here.

WR - Muhsin Muhammad - 13

WR - Devery Henderson - 9

WR - Ronald Curry - 8

WR - Demetrius Williams - 3

WR - Wes Welker - 3

WR - Jacoby Jones - 2

WR - Chris Henry - 2

No thrilled with the wide receivers, need 2 big games each week to stay in the contest. I'm high on Curry and Welker, need a lot of help.

TE - Chris Cooley - 22

TE - Daniel Graham - 7

Should be fine, hopefully Graham gets in sync w/ Cutler and can be a difference maker (hoping for low participation from a lot of teams.)

PK - Olindo Mare - 3

PK - Jason Hanson - 2

Two indoor kickers on hopefully powerful offenses.

TD - Cleveland Browns - 1

TD - Detroit Lions - 1

TD - Arizona Cardinals - 1

TD - Tennessee Titans - 1

I can't predict big plays from D's, hopefully 4 will make up from some of the WR issues I'm predicting.

Total value: 250 Living in AZ-worthless

QB D BREES 21

QB M LEINHART 14

I really wished I had picked up another quarterback. i would gladly trade one of my chump receivers

for Garrard right now.

RB W PARKER 44

RB W McGAHEE 29

RB B JACOBS 26

RB A GREEN 23

RB D FOSTER 13

I like my running backs. I'm hoping one of them consistantly has a big week for the flex position.

WR I BRUCE 15

WR S HOLMES 14

WR R CURRY 8

WR T WILLIAMSON 4

WR D WILLIAMS 3

WR W WELKER 3

WR P CRAYTON 3

WR A RANDLE EL 2

WR C HENRY 2

Penny pinching receivers. I need to overcome quality with quantity.

TE O DANIELS 11

TE D GRAHAM 7

Nothing flashy, but hopefully consistant.

K R LONGWELL 1

K J KASAY 1

Just kick the damn ball!!!!

D DALLAS 3

D GREEN BAY 3

Good defenses, if not dominating.

Still wish I had another qb.

My roster seemed to get worse the more I messed with it...oh well, the price was right.

QB - Drew Brees - 21

QB - Daunte Culpepper - 4

RB - Steven Jackson - 60

RB - Cadillac Williams - 21

RB - Brandon Jackson - 15

RB - Jerome Harrison - 2

RB - Tony Hunt - 1

RB - Greg Jones - 1

WR - T.J. Houshmandzadeh - 34

WR - Marques Colston - 27

WR - Bernard Berrian - 16

WR - Wes Welker - 3

WR - Anthony Gonzalez - 3

WR - Dwayne Jarrett - 3

WR - Chris Henry - 2

WR - Justin McCareins - 1

TE - Kellen Winslow Jr - 24

TE - Reggie Kelly - 1

PK - Nate Kaeding - 4

PK - Matt Bryant - 1

TD - San Diego Chargers - 5

TD - Arizona Cardinals - 1

Total value: 250

I took Edgerrin James at $29 as my top priced rb and have only seen 2 rosters posted with him. He could be well worth the $$ and a great value when it all done.

Here's mine:

QB Hasselbeck $15 - I think people are underestimating him this year

QB Penningtion $11

QB Culpepper $4 - all upside

RB - Steven Jackson $60

RB - Westbrook $52

RB - Brandon Jackson $15

RB - Foster $13

RB - Tony Hunt $1

WR - Bernard Berrian $16

WR - Darrell Jackson $15

WR - Terry Glenn $15 - When healthy this is huge value, Handcuffed with Crayton

WR - Ronald Curry $8

WR - Tab Perry $3 - with Henry locked up the #3 in Cinci for a total of $5

WR - Patrick Crayton $3

WR - Chris Henry $2

WR - Sinorice Moss $1

TE - Troupe - $5

TE - Pope - $2

K- Rackers - $2 kicking in Ari will yield long FGs

K- Longwell - $1 love indoor kickers

D - Vikings $3

D - Saints - $3 hoping Reggie returns some kicks for TDs

I went with 2 stud RBs that have to potential to blow up every week, and built the rest of my team around them. The WR are built for value and depth. I think Hasselbeck will be strong this year, but if I had to do it over, I'd probably just have Palmer & C-pep instead of having 3 QBs.

I don't think I've seen LenDale White on a team yet. I thought he looked like a decent buy. Lynch, Peterson, White, and Norwood all have an outside chance to give you that Frank Gore type breakout. Whoever wins this thing will probably be someone who catches 2-3 lightning in a bottle type players at a modest price.

Of course, the breakout player could be a veteran. I definitely saw that potential in Ahman.

B - Jeff Garcia - 8

surprised not to see Kevin Jones more. for all the talk about how good he could be for that late season push, i figured he's be more common.
Ditto here. I thought he was cheap. Hopefully I last long enought to reap the benefits of him back in the lineup.

QB - Drew Brees - 21

QB - Daunte Culpepper - 4

QB - Brady Quinn - 3

QB - David Garrard - 2

RB - Joseph Addai - 46

RB - Reggie Bush - 45

RB - Adrian Peterson - 23

RB - Kevin Jones - 16

WR - Lee Evans - 29

WR - Joe Horn - 7

WR - Arnaz Battle - 5

TE - Eric Johnson - 1

PK - John Kasay - 1

TD - Chicago Bears - 8

TD - Tennessee Titans - 1

Total value: 250

TE's - Also surprised not to see Winslow on any rosters posted so far. I know everyone is scared of the injury risk but he had 89 receptions last year even though he played hurt at the end of the year. Gates only had 71 receptions. At 1.5 pts a reception I thought he would be good value and worth the risk for a third less then Gates. I don't thinkk doing what everyone else is doing is going to win you this thing. You have to take some risks. I also threw in E.Johnson for insurance in case he does get injured.

QB's - Went for the sure thing in Brees and got good value in C-Pepp and Garrard. Banking on Quinn starting sooner then later. Betwen the 4 I should produce some good numbers each week. Almost went Peyton but needed the money elsewhere.

RB's - Addai and Bush should do well in .5 pts per reception. Addai had 40 receptions last year and that is going to increase. He had ten receptions in the SB. I am hoping that Bush/Addai can carry the team in the early weeks and that AP and KJ come on strong mid-season.

WR's - Lee Evans was good value and should outperform what I spent. I also like Branch. I am hoping to get some good weeks out of the other picks to score some points. I didn't want to spend much money here. If I recall only two of my WR's have the same bye which was important since I was using a committee approach.

DST -Had Bears D last year and they were $$ and fairly consistent. Well worth the $8. The TD's that they score gave me some big weeks.
