Smith always tended to turtle at the first hint of pressure, but since his "concussions" in the Indy game, he looks like a guy with PTSD.  He feels pressure even when it isn't there.  The problem is in the past, he would definitively scramble out and gain yards with his legs.  He's doing none of that this year.
