I'm not sold on Hurns but I'll probably be wrong.Allen Hurns seems like the obvious frontrunner.
this.Quick
Not with the stiffs throwing him the ballthis.Quick
he put up 7/99 with those stiffs. Not with the stiffs throwing him the ballthis.Quick
Look at what josh Gordon did with stiffs throwing him the ball last yearhe put up 7/99 with those stiffs. Not with the stiffs throwing him the ballthis.Quick
My pick as well. Just like Allen last year, he seemed to be the most "NFL ready" WR coming out of this year's draft. All it takes is a Maclin injury or Cooper being ineffective and Matthews becomes a starter for one of the top offenses in the league. He's already been moved up to their WR3 after Week 1.could be jordan mathews who is just an injury away from being on the field every play
Another good option. He has a good chance, especially in PPR leagues.Surprised there isn't a mention of John Brown for Arizona yet.
I don't think he qualifies. At best he'll be a WR3 in PPR leagues, as he's still behind Floyd and Fitzgerald.Surprised there isn't a mention of John Brown for Arizona yet.
Justin Hunter wasn't drafted? Unpossible.Justin hunter is the right pick.
I wasn't treating as undrafted, I was more talking about players who will greatly outperform their draft stock.Justin Hunter wasn't drafted? Unpossible.Justin hunter is the right pick.
OP said, "Guys that we drafted like Benjamin don't count".I wasn't treating as undrafted, I was more talking about players who will greatly outperform their draft stock.Justin Hunter wasn't drafted? Unpossible.Justin hunter is the right pick.
The chances of a totally undrafted player do what Allen did again is remote IMO
Who was throwing Josh Gordon the ball last season when he led the league in receiving? Not with the stiffs throwing him the ballthis.Quick
Quick is the next Josh Gordon? LOL NOPE!Who was throwing Josh Gordon the ball last season when he led the league in receiving? Not with the stiffs throwing him the ballthis.Quick
Yeah, because that's exactly what I wrote. For you and perhaps the only other person on the planet not quick enough to get the point*, the point is that a receiver doesn't necessarily need an elite or even respectable QB throwing him the ball for that receiver to put up respectable numbers. It certainly helps, but it's not an absolute requisite. Using the example that Josh Gordon put up league leading receiving numbers with arguably the worst QB situation in the league last year does not equal saying that Brian Quick is the next Josh Gordon.Quick is the next Josh Gordon? LOL NOPE!Who was throwing Josh Gordon the ball last season when he led the league in receiving? Not with the stiffs throwing him the ballthis.Quick
Yepcooks
At least he fits the category. A guy like Cooks was well known and heavily drafted. I don't recall hearing about Allen last year until around week 5.Another good option. He has a good chance, especially in PPR leagues.Surprised there isn't a mention of John Brown for Arizona yet.
This gets my vote. And he could be Keenan Allen in the second half of the year without an injury.could be jordan mathews who is just an injury away from being on the field every play
Pleas explain your reasoning for why tian quick can't be like josh Gordon?Quick is the next Josh Gordon? LOL NOPE!Who was throwing Josh Gordon the ball last season when he led the league in receiving? Not with the stiffs throwing him the ballthis.Quick
Would probably need an injury for this to happen. He was only on the field for 21 snaps out of 75 last week.In ppr I see this also.HESTER!
Right - the next Keenan Allen is way under the radar right now. A year ago you couldn;t have predicted Allen in week 1Allen didn't see the field for the first 3 or 4 games...
I think the ginger ale in our work cafeteria is just coke and sprite mixed together.Hunter is on the WW in our league, but I'd have to drop K. Wright to grab him.
Thoughts?
I would as I drafted him and traded for him prior to week 1, especially when I saw Dallas on schedule for week 2!Hunter is on the WW in our league, but I'd have to drop K. Wright to grab him.
Thoughts?
Looked good. Had as many targets as Britt, Givens and Austin combined. Worked the middle well. Looked good.I am very tempted to drop Riley Cooper for Brian Quick. Did anyone watch the STL game? What did you think of his performance?
