I got food poisoning from a Double Quarter Pounder and threw up for 4-5 straight hours. I had the worst diahrea of my life. It was so bad, I had to call off work for my new job. My boss is now pissed at me and thinks I'm an idiot. I haven't eaten a full meal since. I've lost 6 pounds since the incident and have lost serious gains from the gym.

Don't eat McDonalds my friends, no one should have to go through all of that. I should have known better trusting a bunch of teenagers to cook food for hundreds of people as quickly as possible.

Food Poisoning takes longer to set in than most people realize. You quite probably got it from something you ate earlier.

Your new boss thinks you are an idiot because you are moron not suited for anything other than manual labor. Well manual labor that is suited for one that has the frame of a 14 year old girl.

 
I've adopted a new technique when it comes to Em's posts. Rather than read them, I look at his avatar to the left of his posts for as long as I estimate it would take me to read his post. I've found it to be a much more enjoyable experience and I encourage others to try doing the same. YWIA

I agree. Unless you went to the doctor and he ran some diagnostics tests and if so maybe he sent you to a specialist. If an organism was found then the health department would have been notified to see if an outbreak was linked.

If not, then you just couldn't handle the food for some reason or another. Hike up the skirt Nancy

Perhaps the list of fat food chains where you should eat would be better?

 
I'm still amazed that the bank job is still going on. Figured Em would be looking to move on by now. Sounds like the young man better polish that resume since the boss is ticked.

 
It takes 24-36 hours for food poisoning symptoms to appear. Further food poisoning is rarely a one off. There is usually something involved that causes multiple people to be sick and that's how they find the source of the issue. I am going to go with not food poisoning..

 
its not bad sometimes. Fries are still decent and serve them to you insanely hot which I love. Smoothies are acceptable. Burgers aren't very good but it's what you expect ordering a $2 burger.

 
Where is the thread about the new job? I didn't realize people actually still eat McDonalds other than breakfast. Going to have to blame this on you.

 
This is one of those threads where it took a completely different direction then the OP intended. Seems to happen to Em a lot.

 
The big breakfast this AM was DEE-licious!

Especially since I got to chill in my recliner while wifey went to McDs
