Posted this as its own thread in the 'Assistant Coach forum,' before I even noticed this forum existed, so I'll repost here.
Just drafted my FBG Players Championship team (12 teams, PPR for RB/WR, 1.5 PPR for TEs, 0.05 pass yds per point. QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, TE, 2 FLEX, D, K).
Don't love my team. Neither does the FBG rate my team app. Missed early run on WRs. Draft is from the #7 slot.
QB - Jay Cutler (11)
QB - Johnny Manziel (15)
I was the last to take a starting QB, and I got Cutler, who I think will have a big year. I think Manziel has high upside if he starts, and if not, I'll go for Geno/Bradford/Manuel/Locker or someone else from FA as a backup.
RB - Eddie Lacy (1)
RB - Demarco Murray (2)
RB - C.J. Spiller (3)
RB - Jeremy Hill (10)
RB - Ka'Deem Carey (14)
RB - Andre Williams (19)
Went RB-RB-RB at the start. In retrospect, I really regret not taking A.J. Green over Demarco Murray, but I love Murray's upside, especially in PPR. However, I think Lacy and Murray will be very productive as long as they're on the field, and Spiller always has upside. The other 3 are all one injury away from having lots of value, too.
WR - Michael Floyd (4)
WR - Kendall Wright (5)
WR - Emmanuel Sanders (6)
WR - Eric Decker (7)
WR - Rueben Randle (8)
WR - Kelvin Benjamin (13)
WR - Kenny Britt (17)
WR - Josh Gordon (20)
Went 5 straight WRs in the middle of the draft, with a couple steady guys and a bunch more with a lot of upside. Gordon hasn't been suspended yet, and when he is, I'll drop him for a kicker.
TE - Ladarius Green (9)
TE - Travis Kelce (12)
TE - Demetrius Harris (19)
Ugly in July, but I figure grabbing 3 high-upside tight ends and hoping one breaks out is a better strategy than reaching for a mediocre tight end.
DEF - Jets (18)
Play the Raiders week 1. Will be a very good real life defense. Fantasy matchups are tough after week 1 though.
K - None (will pick up later)
