I do not want to start OBJ vs BAL... who should I start??

Assume I have made all my other decisions and just need to decide my WR2.

I actually really want to start Watson (seems crazy for championship week), but see Samuel as the "safest"... please help, any advice is welcome, even if it is to start OBJ
