Yes - sometimes when we turn off the features to reduce load, the system doesn't finish updating the templates properly when it removes the visible elements of the feature. I think that process times out under stress.

No worries, man -- a lot of those tools don't give any details. I can say that we don't see anything suspicious. We only store customer emails, usernames, and customer names (if the customer provides one). We salt and encrypt the passwords so it would take a long time and a ton of CPU to crack...

Hey @Hot Sauce Guy - we haven't seen anything suspicious, but it would be very helpful if you could tell me whether Norton gave you any information or citation along with the message. Maybe a breach name (individual breaches get actual names now), a date when they detected an issue, or anything...

I think it's the "Preview" button on the right side of the editing toolbar above your post. If you click that, you should see the message as it will look when posted instead of the square-bracket BBcode.
