Yeah, Lenglet didn't belong out there at all. I liked the three at the back idea, but would have chosen Hernandez instead for LCB and played Kimpembe in the middle. Pavard also shouldn't be playing.

No clue, but how on earth does the ref miss that live? My biggest complaint is what happens if Mbappe was really hurt bad at the other end of that counter play that should have never happened.

I think there was definitely something going on there psychologically to Rod. Maybe made Rod switch up what he planned to do.

The French defense on set pieces is abysmal.

I am at the beach. Not watching every minute.
But I did just drive down here on Saturday and I was able to listen to most of both games by playing the games on the ESPN app. Cell coverage went in and out ina few places (and Twelman was on one of the games). But doable.
