1/2ppr In the league where I have the 1.6 pick but commenting anyway1.06 pick in a non-ppr standard scoring league.
Chubb, Jones Taylor seem to be the top 3 as of right now.
Who you got and why?
in standard, Chubb should be over Kamara this year. Kamara's 80-90 receptions all lose value and Hunt's impact on Chubb is a little overrated.I have Zeke going in top 5.
1.01 - CMC
1.02 - Cook
1.03 - Henry
1.04 - Kamara
1.05 - Zeke
I'm not considering Barkley at 6. I have been burned by him before and I don't trust his health or the Giants at this point. Jones is a beast and I think he will be great with Williams out of the picture. However, he has never had a big workload before and Rodgers looks to throw first inside the 5. Taylor scares me in year 2 and so does that offensive line. They may stack the box and things may get tougher if Wentz is out. Chubb is an absolute stud and would be ranked higher if it weren't for Hunt. How much does he drop though.
droipped that low in standard? He's not going top 5 anywhere.Standard? It would be Chubb if he dropped that low in standard. He's arguably the best runner in the league and since you're not counting receptions, it would have to be Chubb.
I've seen him going pretty high in ppr drafts. Not that I believe in "expert" drafts, but here's where he's landed in some of those drafts (ppr, July drafts):droipped that low in standard? He's not going top 5 anywhere.
Not sure I buy that that is ppr in that first one as ekeler went very late. That, and/or that Howard dude is trolling. Chubb at 1.3 and Mike Davis at 3.03???? In ppr? Not buying it.I've seen him going pretty high in ppr drafts. Not that I believe in "expert" drafts, but here's where he's landed in some of those drafts (ppr, July drafts):

If it's standard, I think sound argument can be made for him being drafted mid 1st round.
I'm not disagreeing, but in standard, I think an argument can be made for Chubb to go as soon as 3rd. I see Davis going in the 4th round in most drafts; he does catch passes. Not sure I buy that that is ppr in that first one as ekeler went very late. That, and/or that Howard dude is trolling. Davis' average draft position is 5.04. Most drafts, he's going round 5. Early 3rd and I think this data is skewed or this Howard guy had a few too many drinks before his mock.I'm not disagreeing, but in standard, I think an argument can be made for Chubb to go as soon as 3rd. 5.04?? Fantasyfootball calculator has him going mid 4th round and climbing. Either way, I digress. Chubb is arguably the best pure running back in the league and I can see him going mid 1st round in standard.Davis' average draft position is 5.04. Most drafts, he's going round 5. I could also "see him" going mid first round in standard. I was responding to your "If Chubb somehow drops as low as 1.06"5.04?? Fantasyfootball calculator has him going mid 4th round and climbing. 1. great offense and O lineAnd your reasoning is?
I’d probably include Elliott on that list.Even so, his ytd point total doesn't match that of top RB's in a non-ppr in standard scoring formats.
With that and still at the 6 spot in a non-ppr, Chubb, Taylor and Jones are three worth considering.
Again, I think Chubb is the best pure RB in the NFL but has Hunt to compete with at times. Taylor may have the most upside of the 3, but there are some question marks in Indy right now which hurt his value. Jones has done a ton with limited volume. Does it increase or does Dillon step in.
With a longer season and the fact RB's get banged up, we all need to be prepared for more resting from top back.
Still leaning towards Chubb. First draft is tonight.
